Very honest. I came in with a vibration at high speed. I had this problem before and went to a Toyota dealer to fix it - and they recommended an alignment, which fixed the problem. They didn't tell me the cause. When it happened again I went to Gourley and they informed me of the cause - mud buildup. They also informed me accurately of the existing issues with the vehicle. They did not falsely represent anything. They did not try to upsell me on unnecessary things. This is a rarity. I can see why they have such good reviews.

This company is an A-plus 110%. The own Tim Gourley when above and beyond, by doing work on a Saturday. Willing to work around my crazy work schedule.The company and the owner, operator, machine, Tim Gourley is one hell of an amazing person. 110% outstanding. I was overzealous at the fact that he was willing to work with and around my insane work schedule.If anyone is going to buy anything from anywhere go to GOURLEY (Greatly, Overzealous, Respectful, Loyal, Educated, Yonder company).

Hour away from home and my coolant was leaking and almost empty, clearly big problem. Showed up to this shop as it was the closest off the 115 and told them my issue. They immediately helped me out and fixed my issue quickly. Couldn't be more thankful for these guys! Thanks so much! Highly reccomend.

I bought an older pick up truck with low kilometers from Gourleys. Having been taken advantage before in my much younger years when buying from a used dealership, I came in very skeptical. The truck was exactly as advertised, at a great price, and has been very reliable for the 3 years I have owned it so far. No pressure sales tactics and a straight shooter. I will definetly check out the inventory here on my next used vehicle purchase.

Just bought a 2014 jeep wrangler for my daughter and the whole sales process was perfect. Len went above and beyond and and gave us a great deal that we were both happy with. I have bought quit a few vehicles over the years and this one was by far the most professional and fun interaction I have had. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Truck rebuild. 14 year old diesel. Tim has been my mechanic for over 20 years. He is the most knowledgeable mechanic I have ever met. When you need it done right, he is the best.

Dropped car off to get tires swapped, gave them specific instructions on how to open it as the door handles had some issues. Had this problem for 8 months and never had anything break with this method, get a call one hour after opening asking how to get inside, after picking it up the keyhole worked once then never again. Got no apology no nothing, would not recommend older vehicles to ever go to this shop. They obviously only know how to work on new vehicles.
