I had an exceptional experience at Jump Smile Orthodontics. All of the staff are so warm and welcoming from the very moment you step foot into the office up until the end of your appointment. My old permanent retainer from my childhood needed to be replaced and Dr. Ling and her team applied a new one with great expertise, precision and care. Dr. Ling always ensured that I was comfortable throughout the treatment and provided thorough instructions afterwards with tips of how to take care of my new retainer. Dr. Ling genuinely cares about each and every patient. You can feel that from when you first meet her. She'll answer all your questions. The clinic is very clean and comfortable and the receptionist is also very nice. They have the newest technology and honestly you feel like you're cared for and getting the best treatment. I've been with Dr. Connie and Jump Smile for 3 years now and I did Invisalign with them. Throughout the years, they have been very professional and always felt friendly and approachable.Appointments are always on time which I appreciate alot. I contact them through Whatsapp and they have been very quick to respond with well researched replies when needed.My original Invisalign schedule was for 2.5 years but I asked to extend it a bit as I wanted some teeth to be even straighter, which they happily complied in doing so.My experience has been wonderful and would highly recommend anyone looking for orthodontics care to Dr. Connie and the crew!- Tim
