very, very difficult to deal with lately. curbside P/U only and when you call they are less than helpful, I you have not purchased the item before on your account good luck trying to explain it over the phone. when I asked about them opening up for customers to walk in I got major attitude like I had insulted them for asking. it definitely seems as though the employees at this location are less than willing to go back to helping walk in customers and if they had the choice it wouldn't happen. sure if your looking for a shipping box there helpful but if they actually have to put any sort of integrity into there job the buck stops there. As a Whole sale warehouse manager that works for a large corporation and has a large account with them, unless I absolutely have to purchase something from them I will choose any other shipping supply company over them. hopefully things turn around as I used to purchase a consistent amount of material from them. if you are the Owner/Operator of this store and read this, you need to have serious conversation with you staff about phone sales and etiquette. being rude to a customer over the phone when you are already inhibiting there ability to shop at your store is just bad business.

I thought ... specialty store .... specialty pricing. I was blown away by the affordability of supplies and the custom work they do!The staff was amazing! The were friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Saved me money with their ingenious idea!
