Service was fast and accommodating. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Best money I have spent. Both my dogs are trained with invisible fence and I have the peace of mind that they are safe. Works amazing. Highly recommend for safety for free roaming on property.

Kathryn came to our last house 7 years ago now and set us up with our first system. She took time to help us train our lab and went over thoroughly the do's and don'ts of continuing to teach our pup. We've since moved and taken our system with us. Re-training her to the new location was a breeze. I know some of this is just luck with a great dog, but when visiting other people's houses, Mia will still only walk to the end of a driveway, sit down, and look around without walking onto the road! Thank you Katherine for looking after us. It has definitely been the best investment we made for our amazing pup.

Excellent service. They came to train our dog and then a new puppy 2 years later. Very kind to animals, yet we know our dogs will not run out on the road. A real relief. Highly recommended.

The Invisible Fence folk in Peterborough are excellent. They really care. The standard of training from Nicole is highly skilled and most effective.Honestly, I had my doubts about this type of system. The idea of a dog crossing out of the protected area and not being able to return seemed pointless and counter-intuitive. However the 'BoundaryPlus' system works really well. If the dog crosses out of the protected area, it stops while the correction is taking place knowing it has crossed the boundary and then comes willingly back inside. Also, now having trained the dogs with the 'exit ritual' that allows controlled exits, I am able to take the dogs out for a walk with little hesitation.We have two head-strong Labradors who love to visit with people and other pets. Now I have seen the system work for seven weeks and it is highly effective at containing their love of social contact.I must add that taking the time for proper training is essential. This is not a 'plug-it-in-and-fuggeddda-about-it' system. Rather it is the people at Invisible Fence who train both you and the dogs that make the system work successfully. Thanks guys!

The fence system works great. the cat knows how far the dogs can come so he can stop running :) They chase him because he runs. They do love their cat. Initial training went very well, and the people are very helpful. My trips to the store in Peterborough on occasion for problems went very well, they stand behind what they sell. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely a happy customer.
