Bought a hit lights from this company and it was not authentic, after I found out that was not authentic I tried reaching out to the company and owner to get a hold of them and the owner of Carsa Auto Parts blocked my number because he knew that he was selling the fake product and not suitable for what I needed. I would not recommend this place for any hit light for anyone wanting to buy from this company. The company of Carsa Auto Part is an absolute SCAM.Beware of this company. Would NOT RECOMMEND AT ALLYOU GUYS WILL THANK ME AFTER THAT

I purchased a set of DRLs last December 2021 from Carsa. Unfortunately, one side went few days ago. I pm’d him, told him what happened, he right away replied and said it’s under warranty and I can grab the replacement anytime. Get this, he’s giving me a new set and letting me keep the working one that I originally purchased as a spare! Talk about customer service! I know his items are not the cheapest but hey, you always get what you pay for.I highly recommend this guy. Replies right away to your questions/inquiries and keeps his word. Not to mention the brightness of the DRLs I bought from him, can’t get any brighter/better than that! I will definitely buy from him again should there be a need.Keep up the good work, Carsa!

got two kits High and Low beam, low beam works perfect, high beam would not fit the way the car oem is setup even though the model is the right one. Got refunded after exchanging with the seller over text. Just very nice and smooth. (HAd the choice with a different model + shipping or refund) We did go for refund simply because after driving one time at night the high beam hallogen vs low beam LED is simply not needed !!!!

I recently ordered LED lights from you guys the first order that came in was the wrong order sent to me by mistake which is OK it happens offered to return them he told me just to give them to whoever else it was a mistake but they came with a little Micro chip with the headlights! When I got my right product from the my headlights fog lights back up lights and supposed to have license plate lights that never came with the order the headlights didn’t come with microchip so just trying to find out information from him and he was getting extremely upset I tried calling them multiple times to talk over the phone so it couldn’t get misconstrued by text… then he wound up blocking me without even give me any information at all won’t answer any phone calls so I’d say customer service in this business is absolutely pitiful so for warrantees and exchanges if something doesn’t work you won’t be able to get it because they will block you so you’ll be out the money … all for just trying to inquire about information on the lights!!!!

This guys are kind,friendly and professionals it’s a best place to do business. My 2021 SUV just got a new bulbs for cheapest price in whole mainland. Others didn’t even know which bulbs go in. Best LED for your vehicle with best price in extremely friendly environment. Will do business here again!!! Cheers

Had an appointment today for LED lighting installation headlights and fog lights. What a honest vehicle mechanic Robert, who would be willing to give me the truth, examine my car, his efforts to treat me with courtesy and fairness more than made up for the inconvenience. Robert the mechanic, was extremely helpful and honest about the work necessary on my car. He carefully explained the testing he planned to do, the results of his tests, and what course of action he and I should take to correct the problem, he did an amazing job installing them and turned out lighting was super LED BRIGHT 6000k, I'm all happy and SERDAR was the one who gave me an amazing deal! and excellent communication through texting phone. Cant hardly wait to return for another service to finishlasting headlight setup add-on project. Highly recommended for this Carsa Auto Parts @ Island City Automotive - THUMBS UP THANK U!

My go to guy when it comes to Leds, service is compared to none and the guarantees with the product are amazing. Great quality products for an amazing price. Don't waste your time going to Canadian Tire or other retailers as they are a complete rip off. Thanks always for the best attitude and great service, look forward to my next purchase!

Positive experience during the purchase of a set of LED headlights. Tested them on Coquihalla and noted that they performed better than my old halogen bulbs.To the non-technical people, I would ask an experienced installer like people from Carsa, to install the new bulbs and align the headlights. Especially when the car is older or been into a collision, the headlights must be aligned to maximize the bulbs output and shine onto the road, not onto the opposite traffic or up in the trees
