Snore MD Sleep Apnea Clinic Kelowna

This snore MD is head and shoulders above the West Kelowna branch. West Kelowna I bought a mask for $165 which came with SML pillows. They said I needed large, took the other two and offered to sell me additional Large for $30 apiece. This branch, same mask, same $165 but they took the small and medium pillows replacing them with 2 additional large. According to west Kelowna, a $60 value! Not appreciating a scam I will always bring my business to this location and warn people away from West Kelowna

My husband and i have been fortunate enough to have Snore MD take care of us with all issues associated with Sleep Apnea processes and equipment for about 6 years now. We are both using machines and I have to say that we met Katrina Stubbs originally in the West Kelowna store. She immediately made us feel at ease with the whole process and looked after us like we were family. She works tirelessly between the Kelowna and West Kelowna stores even through the COVID 19 pandemic she was always available. I myself worked in the financial industry for over 33 years and my job was Manager Customer Service" so when I see exceptional customer service at this level it needs to be addressed and rewarded. Again our sincere thanks to Katrina and her fabulous team!"

My review is based on 2 things: 1) The customer experience of dealing with Snore MD Kelowna and 2) My end-user experience as a new CPAP user.Background:After years of putting off getting a sleep study despite my wife constantly telling me that I stop breathing when I sleep, I snore terribly loud, and I'm frequently (daily) drowsy when waking and lacking focus during my day among other ongoing issues. I finally decided it was time to embrace the inevitable and get a sleep study performed. AM I EVER GLAD I DID.1) Katrina and the team at Snore MD Kelowna have been nothing short of spectacular to deal with. Thank you. From arranging the sleep study to coordinating with my physician and my benefits plan, they assisted with every step, including handling the various forms and paperwork. They answered all my questions and conducted everything in a very professional and supportive approach. As my sleep study determined I do indeed experience (severe) sleep apnea, CPAP therapy was advised.2) For those unsure about the addition of CPAP therapy to your nightly sleep routine, I can now say (after a mere 3 days of just starting on it), I wish I had done this years ago. I was apprehensive about having a machine strapped to my face and monitoring me through the night etc - never sounded appealing to me. I couldn't have been more wrong. The last 3 nights of deep and restful sleep are the best sleep experiences I've had in years. Truth. I'm waking up refreshed, feeling great and already am finding more focus in my daily work and tasks. I'm not yawning on the drive into work. I was not aware of the degree that my poor sleep over the years was affecting my wake hours and my daily routine. I'm not snoring anymore! My wife and the house cat are sleeping better as well.In summary, I recommend to look into your poor sleep if you experience it, don't delay any more like I did, and I highly recommend the service of the team at Snore MD Kelowna.-Craig

Katrina at SnoreMD did an amazing job. I had been sold a CPAP machine 2 years earlier from another company and I only had a moderate sleep apnea improvement. Katrina reviewed my settings, found missed opportunities and reconfigured my settings. The difference has been significant and I now routinely achieve perfect sleep scores.

See follow up below~ I have not had any benefits from the equipment I purchased . This was a disappointment, did not receive a satisfactory result at any point. I really needed this work to improve my condition. Follow up ~ Katrina has requested my machine to have a service and tune up. A new mask will be ordered that suits my sleep patterns. Katrina is confident and wants to make this work. Appreciate the follow up and dedication. Feeling much better about the process now.

We had a great experience with the ladies here. We had some technical issues, but they did whatever the could to fix it as soon as possible. Definitely recommend them. Great customer service!!

Kelowna and Westbank Store are Amazing! Best customer service! Katrina and the girls care and make sure you leave satisfied. I drive from Vancouver just to deal with them. Excellent job.

Good morning Katrina, just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU for helping me out yesterday with my CPAP debacle. The new mask is amazing, my machine worked perfect after you made those adjustments and I slept like a rock!!! My wife says it's the quietest mask I've ever had too, which is a huge bonus. Your customer service is incredible and if you guys ever open a branch in Leduc or even south side of Edmonton you can consider me a customer for life!!!

Nicki was friendly, helpful and has such a wonderful personality. My partner came to Snore MD to get assessed for sleep apnea or at the very least try to reduce his snoring. Nicki was the respiratory therapist that assisted us on the Saturday to explain all the details about the 2 night test that was conducted. We had multiple questions and she was able to answer all of them in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend Snore MD to anyone that is need their services.

Hands down the best service we have ever received at a business in Kelowna. Kim and Katrina were both so friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We came in as strangers and left as friends. My husband now knows the importance of his CPAP machine and knows how to operate it all. Thanks so much ladies it was a very very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend to anyone.
