Just bring their price to home depot and get it price matched. I used to order my appliances here but recently my brother ordered a dishwasher that arrived so damaged that it doesn't work. Their response was to offer him 10% off on buying a replacement. They basically told him to pound sand.Now many of our friends are bringing up horror stories from this place. Stear clear!

Recived a call when the truck was delivering (on predicted time). The team was courteous, helpful and attentive. Our sales rep was great and ensured we were taken care of. All in all a great experience.

Very bad experience this time, I bought cooktop on 23 February, after 2 days I received email from CAS warehouse on 25 February your order is ready for pick up, so I’m on the way to go pick up, something Im feeling not right for the measurements so I call sales parsons and asked for the measurements ,after and of the conversion he said your order will be ready in 28 March, i was surprised. I told him I received confirmation email for my order is ready for pick up, i said I needed soon as possible because my cooktop is broken, I feel like they don’t care about that , So I cancel my order.

Don't order from them!!! Save your money and energy for somewhere else. If you would like to have your appliances delivered to a condo, you need to reserve a parking space for their delivery team, they will refuse to park in front of the building and have their work done, that just most absurd thing that i every heard. If you want a refund, they will charge you for the delivery that they refused. Good luck with you business

I give only 4 stars because one of my appliances was not in stock even though we purchased it since 6 weeks ago, plus they wanted to charge double delivery if the rest of the appliances were delivered before the dryer was ready, the sales rep was very helpful and we got all set up at the end. For the rest very good prices and quality.

I was on the hunt for a replacement fridge as mine died the day before. Within 30 mins from arrival at the store I had a replacement selected and ready for delivery in less than 24 hours. They had a good selection at reasonable prices and the delivery service was excellent.

The sales process went well overall. It's an overall aggressive process but pricing was way cheaper than any other comparable stores. Everything was negotiated between chat and phone. We agreed on a full inclusive price for one dryer and one washer in 2 distinct delivery (without additional fees).The first surprise came after the delivery of the first item. I got an email asking to pay additional fees. After multiple calls with their customer support team and sales, they finally agreed to respect the initial deal we had and waive the fees. This is what was agreed during the sales process and took also one full day of calls and emails to get this resolve. The Customer Support team was overall unhelpful. I was finally able to get resolve but this added un-necessary time and effort.Then the next issue happened after the delivery of the second appliances. There was a visual flaw, as per the delivery team, and they offered an additional discount if I kept it. I agreed for the discount and kept them as the visual flaw was in the back and wasn't going to be visible. The delivery team then called the customer support team and I confirmed with them the discount and that if anything wasn't working correctly (and not just a visual flaw), they would help. After the installation, I noticed they aren't working properly.Overall, the delivery team was great and on-time. I really liked the ability to track delivery.After multiple calls and emails, this is still un-resolve. I have a broken dryer and Canadian Appliance Source doesn't provide any support.Update April 18: After multiple emails & calls, it was finally resolved and a new dryer was delivered. Upgrading the review to 2. I am not sure if I would order again from them. While pricing was really go, all this trouble and the lack of communication doesn't worth it in my opinion.

**They will not stand behind the products they sell, and will leave you on the hook. Go anywhere else if you want to purchase with confidence.**We purchased a dishwasher from CAS and found out it was damaged and not functioning. When we reached out to replace it we were told they wouldn't help us because it had been longer than 48 hours. Now we need to not only buy a new dishwasher we need to pay to have the broken one removed.My advice would be to purchase from any other large store, they will have a 3 month return policy (if not longer).
