Three experiences with Black Bow via website from Toronto, all for local delivery in Halifax. All experiences were very good. Nice, curated items to select, responsive communication, and great care taken with packaging and delivery. Getting a photo of the gift after its assembled is great ... as close to picking things out yourself as could be expected.

I ordered a birthday gift through Black Bow for my partner. The customer service has been superb! They messaged me the day I placed my order to confirm a few details, and sent me a picture of the gift box as soon as it was assembled. Every time they've contacted me, they've been so pleasant and friendly.In terms of the box itself, I chose to put together a custom box. Their curated options were great, but I wanted to make it a bit more personal. The items are all really cute and high quality, totally worth the price. Thank you, Black Bow!

I had such a great experience ordering from Black Bow Gift Co. I placed an order for a customized box to be delivered to a friend and it said it would take a few days. I got an email the next day that they had put a rush on my order and gave me priority shipping free of charge. They then contacted my friend to arrange in person delivery. The box was beautiful and the products were of great quality. I will definitely recommend this company to others!

Amazing gift boxes! I purchased two for a bride and groom gift and they were so beautiful. Exactly what I was looking for and so happy to support local/Canadian. Superb customer service, as they included a free bouquet so they both matched and free quick delivery to make sure they got there in time before the wedding. Would absolutely use them again.
