Unbeatable studio in the region. The space itself is beautiful and lends a lot of character to numerous types of shoots. I rented the space for a commercial shoot and we were able to stage an awesome looking living room environment for video and photo.The space was excellent value, great location with lots of parking and the owner was tremendous to deal with. Very responsive to messages and worked hard to accommodate a lot of our requests for the shoot.The only thing the space is missing is an elevator ;) but the owner was even kind enough to help us lug some furniture. A small trade off for character that you cannot easily get otherwise.

We hired the team at 208 Media to revamp out digital online presence. for the cost of one employee we got an entire creative services department!! Easily the best money we spent over the past 18 months and it continues to pay dividends to this day. Highly recommended to anyone working with a budget but in need of short/long term digital strategy, marketing support and video production/design services.

I had the Pleasure of using this studio a couple weeks ago.I found it very easy to make the booking and everything was as advertised. I had to make a slight adjustment to my arrival time and doing so was very easy and responses exceptionally fast.As for the studio itself the lighting is beautiful in the afternoon if looking for those backlit shots.The studio also has a make-shift kitchen, bedroom setup and a wonderful legged bathtub (non functional) for photos.Small things like a rolled up drop cord so I could extend the electrical to my lights was a small detail but found nice to have available and helped me out a lot.Value for the money is well worth the drive for me from whitby.I would use the loft again in the future.

After a couple of very unimpressive experiences with social media agencies, 208 Media came in and COMPLETELY rewired our company. We now understand how to communicate, our business has a good presence on social media and our content quality has improved 50x from where it was. They were also a fraction of the budget of what the other agencies charged us and the results were WAY better!!
