Even on late nights when we had unanswered questions or doubts, Manny was always there to clarify and explain any questions that we had. Manny was able to sell our townhouse for over asking price and he also helped us to upgrade to a more spacious townhouse. I was very happy with how easily and quickly he was able to do this. Not only was he reliable and available to go over in detail what was important to us, he was also very patient and understanding when it came to our particular preferences because he knew that this was a huge investment for us.
