waited 45 minutes and then they just took someone who was behind me first so I walked out. The website lets you pick a stylist but doesn't give the option to just pick whoever is available first. As if anyone cares who they get at a budget hair cutting place. never again.

I asked the girl not to cut the top too short and she cut it too short. The other times I have been there I have had no complaints.

Nice little lady from Thailand cut my hair today. I felt, and voiced my concern over the chair not being able to adjust to make my head appear at a proper work height. She cheerfully dismissed my concerns and happy and rapidly completed a fine haircut and eyebrow trim.
