Disappointed. Rude. Arrogant staff. Food was mediocre. I agree regards the dry burger. The waiter tipped the nachos stack over. Half wasted. I was told he was training. The major concern was I evidently didn't leave enough of a tip. I was then educated about how the waiter ahould receive more money, either to subsidise his bosses business or so he could gouge more from the tourists. Perhaps they should concentrate on producing a great experience and not about getting as much as possible in Tips for zero experience.I really didn't know what he was trying to achieve ,in the end a mediocre meal turned into a really bad experience. Don't go here. !!

Good food at a friendly place. We ate late in the night and they were happy to seat us. I highly recommend the salmon tartare tacos. Delicious.

Food was pretty mediocre, and really expensive. Salad came without dressing, burger was burnt and didn’t come with onion soup when it said it would :( Hoped for something more in the heart of Quebec City.

Just minutes away from Fairmont Le Château Frontenac. Spacious and clean. Nice vibe and ambiance. Excellent customer service and staff was very friendly. Our server Charles was verity attentive and welcoming. Food served warm but a bit slow, exquisite taste & nice presentation Portion was decent but in a bit pricy. We were here to celebrate our daughter’s 9th birthday and we all had a great time.

The food was pretty decent. We tried the French onion soup and the veggie burger. The outdoor seating along the cobblestone streets provided a great atmosphere for dining.

The portions are small. The salmon and pasta were not good. It took a long time to bring our food but while we were still eating the waiter brought the check!

Loved my visit here! The selection on the menu is great, everyone at our table enjoyed what they got (poutine, burgers, soup and pork Tomahawk). Water was plentiful, pitcher after pitcher, wine was reasonably priced ($50 bottles), and the atmosphere on the patio was great (nice music, nice decor inside and out). I'd come back!

An enjoyable meal, stopped in for a creme brûlée and a glass of red. Service was prompt, the hostess was very kind, and the dessert was divine. My only qualm was that there was a table of intoxicated individuals who were yelling and FaceTiming family members telling them every detail of their trip for the entire outdoor guests to hear.Otherwise, would certainly come back! The wine and creme brûlée were delicious. Also, Camille (my server) was great.
