I have ordered fish from Nuage weekly for the past number of years. I love its freshness and how easy it is to freeze when it comes freezer packed. I also buy single packs to send to my daughter at school. Two more great features: They deliver to my house and they share great recipe ideas. Love this place!

Unreliable. Poor customer service. Today is my Birthday.I had pre-arranged with Sara at NuAge to have some frozen wild salmon ready for pick-up today. I spoke with Sara on Friday March 18 at 11:10 for 8 minutes where I asked several questions and we confirmed she would bring in some frozen wild sockeye and koho salmon for pick up Tuesday. She did not mention I had to pre pay.I have screen shots and I received no call back on Friday March 18, Saturday or Sunday.Sara and NuFish claim they called me back on Friday but there is no call record or voicemail from them.My voicemail works correctly (as tested today with Sara at NuFish) but NuFish did not leave me a voicemail Friday or Monday.I did receive a missed call yesterday, MondayMarch 22nd at 1:28pm yet once again no voicemail (which as stated above works correctly and I received the missed call correctly).NuFish closes at 2pm. How do you expect a client to call you back the day before his birthday and leave him only 30min to do so before you close at 2pm?It is not fair to me and does not give me enough time.Why was I not called Monday earlier in the morning?Now today, Tuesday is my Birthday, I have guests coming over, I am expecting to pick up some frozen wild salmon and the voicemail I left when I called Monday is returned by Sara and nothing was picked up from their distributor because they didn't hear back from me (yet left no voicemail and i confirmed friday i wanted it - sockeye and koho, or only one if they didnt have both).Don't bother with NuAge Fish unless you are a restaurant or big client. I spoke today (Tuesday) at 9am and they would not even offer to pick up the order same day.Thanks for the customer service and the birthday wish.

NuAge Fish is a pleasure to deal with. My order was filled very promptly. Everything was neatly and cleanly packaged to my personal specifications, which means an organized freezer and no waste. The fish tasted so fresh, I could have caught it that day myself! The price was great as there are always a deal or specials to look out for. I would give 10 stars if that was an option.

We bought fish from Nu Age Fish a few months ago for the first time. The quality of the fish is beyond anything else in the city. It doesn’t smell fishy at all! The customer service is amazing-so attentive and efficient. Would 100% recommend.
