Brad Gould the owner/operator came to our house in Cambridge for the supply and install of a new water softener as well as a carbon filter system for our house. It was super efficient and fast and he had our water in our newly purchased house operating better than ever. Brad Gould, the owner/operator is extremely personable, knowledgeable and very focused on helping clients deal with any issues they may be experiencing with either their wells or pumps. We live in a rural location and shortly before we were due to leave on vacation out of the country, our artesian well cap started leaking water out continuously. This was in November and with the freezing temperatures we needed this situation to be fixed before leaving, as the pump could be damaged or stop working while we were gone, plus the added stress of worry while on vacation. I had left a message with a different well service company we had used in the past, but with no reply back after 2 days, I contacted Brad. He returned my message within the day and came out to assess the situation the next morning and gave me a quote. Two days later, he had the parts needed and fixed the issue within a few hours. I cannot express how impressed we were with his efficiency and commitment to helping us out in a very short time frame, even though he was quite busy. We will definitely be utilizing his services for all future needs.
