I've been coming here to the EATZ place to buy premade meals. I also bring a senior with me so she can purchase her weekly meals. Great choices. Check them out!

Ketoteria has opened up in the Marché de l'ouest. Excellent low carb food. Some of it prepackaged, some of it made on site.I had a chocolate chip muffin. Delish! I also bought some make pops and cauliflower pizza which I haven't tasted yet. Nice!

This Marché has a couple of decent places, and it is nice that it is not all the way down town. It's worth checking out if you want a little indoor stroll.

It must have been a great place to shop but, it has lost some of it's appeal with time. Nevertheless, there is still great shops there

Excellent place for an amazing meal. Lots of great vendors with a wide variety of eating options. I use to come here as a child and always loved it. This experience did not let me down. A must go.

This mall is kind of spread out and kind of casual in many ways and I hadn't been there for quite a while. I'd be not a restaurant that was a fish specialty years ago, but this time I was invited to join a business associate for lunch at a hamburger place that was very, very retro. Sort of that dance scene with omen and Travolta in that movie by what's his name. However, forget about the decor which was amusing and interesting to look at, and the service and the waitress and the manager were all great, the hamburgers were actually really super excellent. Excellent. Long time since I've had such an excellent burger. .My business associated live nearby so he knew the place for the burgers we went to but he also mentioned a place to the left side facing the mall from avenue to Salisbury, and he said it's a great breakfast place with a lot of food. Food well cooked and only a few small bucks. Then he took me over to the IGA grocery store market where they had French roast reduced from about $22 down to about seven and a half dollars and it was superb. For the few things I did there, I was very pleased with my visit and when I'm out in the west island the next time around there I'll take a bigger look at it rather than just driving by. It's a very handy place and it's got good stuff going on and lots of different things and choices from restaurants, grocery stores, etc. So worth a Montreal West Island exploration for sure

Came here during early summer for flower season. They have a wide variety of annuals to choose from so that you can build your dream planter or container. They’re not too expensive, around 4.99$ a plant, but they are probably the cheapest ones in the area. The people working are super friendly and helpful, if you need help, just ask them! The food court is a bit empty (I’m guessing because of COVID) so nothing too interesting too see inside at the moment.
