My dryer broke down and I reached out to Vairam Services, and they came in the very next day to take a look at the dryer. George was very friendly and respectful, went above and beyond, and even offered helpful tips after fixing the dryer. He also had me test the dryer before he left, in order to make sure everything worked perfect. All in all, the service was great and they were very responsive; it was never hard to reach them to make inquiries or get information. Solid service.

When my fridge broke down and stopped cooling I thought it was the end of the world and I'd have to buy a whole new fridge...turns out I didn't!! Vairam Services are really top quality, professional, and reasonable. I presented the problems and they took their time to properly diagnose the issues with my dishwasher and my washing machine. They had arrived promptly, and most importantly discarded the debris after they completed the job. I was impressed with the delivery and would recommend these services!

Patrick and his manager replaced the refrigerator door for me because the wheels had been damaged (perhaps during delivery). Patrick had evaluated the initial problem weeks prior and had assured me that he'd show up on the arranged day with the necessary components and assistance to move the refrigerator in order to fix the issue. He was prompt, professional, and nice, and he absolutely maintained his word. Patrick (and his manager) are appreciated.

Extremely poor service. After spending $1600 on my freezer to have to break down again within a month. Service tech supposed to come between 2 and 4 PM no call no show called the company at 5:30 PM. I spoke to a representative and charged me. I would get a phone call called back at 7:30 PM and just received a phone call that they won’t be here until Monday between 4 and 7 PM. Complete waste of time and money they have no respect or value anybody else’s time. Our freezer is broken this needs to be repaired.
