My grandparents passed away and I was named executor of their estate/ charged with clearing and selling their home. It’s a overwhelming job. Jeff (from Prep N Sell Langley) was understanding, super flexible, very responsive to emails, and on time/ on budget with my needs during a difficult time. 10/10 would recommend.

Richard is a great contractor to work with on job sites. Not only is he organized he’s a great communicator. It’s great working alongside a contractor who is, cool, calm, and confident in his ability. I have not seen him, angry, disrespectful, or lazy on any of his work sites! That speaks a lot about his character. Good Job to you and your crew!

Thank you to Richard and his Prep'N Sell team once again! This was my third time working with Richard. This time, his team replaced flooring, did maintenance and repair work and an ozone treatment at my parents' house. The house looks fantastic! I appreciated how easy it was to work with Richard and how quickly and professionally the work was completed.

I contacted Jeff as my mother’s bathroom floor was spongy. I let him know we were working within a budget. He came out to the house and gave us a quote that we were truly thankful to hear. It was most reasonable. The bathroom basically needed gutting and replacing. They started the job almost straight away and worked incredibly hard. Richard was great, he never even took a break, he worked from the moment he showed up until the moment he left. Whenever he left, he meticulously cleaned up from the days work. We are so grateful to them and the lovely job that they did. They listened and took into consideration all of our concerns. We now have a lovely new bathroom that we are so pleased with. I can't say enough good about them. My Mother is absolutely thrilled with the way it looks and so am I. Additionally in an unexpected act of kindness they installed a grab bar for my elderly Mother. Not only in the main bathroom but also in her ensuite. This was not included in the initial quote and was installed without additional cost. Thank you so much. So impressed. We would recommend them anytime.

We worked with Richard and his team of contractors for almost 10 months when we recently moved into our home in the Cloverdale area. He was recommended to work with us from our realtor; we met him on move in - day 1. He is responsive, professional and flexible in our numerous renovation requests. His calm demeanour was so helpful during stressful home renovations. When we did have any minor issues with contractors, or quality of work - they were addressed quickly and with no questions asked. Richard is extremely ethical, trust-worthy and never overpromised us with services or up-selling which was refreshing. We will use him again (and still are) and would recommend him highly to others. Last year we had Richard's company in to paint the inside of our house and this year we had them in to paint the outside of the house. Looks just FABULOUS! They did an awesome job with focus to detail!!!!!!! Very impressed! I would not hesitate to recommend them!! Richard is very honest and personable fellow! If he says Good Morning" you don't have to go out and look! :)"

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Richard. He was professional, knowledgeable and flexible with our needs as we needed to spruce up the place to sell. Richard adapted plans as needed when we changed plans or added jobs. He was polite and met all our expectaions. His trades people were second to none. They were punctual, very skilled and dedicated to attention to detail. I would recommend Prepn'sell and Richard to anyone. Richard and his Prep' N Sell team did a fantastic job of preparing my home for sale. It was very convenient working with Richard. He toured my home with me and suggested work that should be done prior to listing. Then, he arranged for the work to be completed including: painting, electrical work, general repair and maintenance work, junk removal, cleaning and power washing. My house looked great and sold quickly.
