Worst internet company I guarantee you the positive reviews are not form genuinely satisfied or happy customers they literally will try to rip you off every chance tbh get and the service is barely stable always cutting out just terrible…..oh and just be careful their system is garbage so they’ll keep sending you bill for payment you have already made and will threaten to send you to debt collection asap you Ben when you genuinely owe nothing!!

Not going to lie, I was really worried about signing up with them as I have never heard of them and their online profile wasn't the strongest. (This is the first internet company I have signed up with on my own.) However, after 6 months of service I am happy to report that they provide a quality service at a very affordable cost. I had the 15mbps unlimited internet that costed me $29.99+tax and it was very suitable for my partner and myself. Had normal service drops but after resetting the router, I believe it was my hardware rather than their service.I have had to call a few times and their customer service was always excellent, never gave me any issues, always cared for me the customer. Just gave in my notice today for cancelling their service as I am moving but have had a great experience with them.Their website and online billing system need a bit of improvement but for the price and service, it is worth a little bit of struggle. Just make sure you have the patience to not press the process payment" button twice or you will be charged twice!"

This company will go into the bank account on file and take money out of your account without authorization to do so.

-Called them at 230pm just to inquire about how soon I could have internet-Picked up my modem and router at 345pm-Home and installed by 5pm-Activated and working when I woke up the next day.Thought I'd have to wait until next week or later, but had everything setup from inquiry to functional wifi in less than 24hrs

Activated within an hour with an invoice charging elements that are advertised as free; never replied to my email asking to correct the invoice. Honest mistake or dishonest provider? I’ll never know! Too bad, sounded like a great provider.

My internet connection has been stable without major disruption. The price is very competitive. I was a happy customer with EGC service UNTIL they dump my account to another ISP provider on a short notice. I didn't have much choice as the transfer was already scheduled. Now my internet connection is often slow and I have trouble log in to many websites account due to frequent change in IP. What a deception ! Meanwhile they still offer the same service in my area on their website, go figure!

like a lot of other clients here, my experience with them started out great, but after 18 months its been service interruptions after another & the speed is just sad. if you ask customer service about these issues you’ll get an “others are having this issue too” or a list of DIY instructions, elsewhere i got costumer service.edit: they sent me an email following this review with a solution but still no attempt at fixing the issues (its a “plz come buy another router we gave you the wrong one a while back heres the address…”).

I installed an internet service with EGC company. I very satisfied with the Service. Mr. Philippecame and completed the installment. He he is a professional and have customer skills. I recom.end him

So far, so good. I placed my order on a Wednesday, got the modem/router on the Friday, installation was done on the Sunday. Excellent service, fast & reliable internet connection and very helpful customer service !

Absolutely terrible service only when they benefit from youI'm tracking a refund for the past two weeks, and both their phone numbers don't even pick up the callAt the beginning, I had to be transferred to the sales line, not the customer service in order to talk to someone as a EXISTING CUSTOMER! THEY DONT EVEN ANSWRRsave your time avoiding their service because they rip you off
