I came morning time to get my tea. I asked for milk and one of your employees add cream instead of milk. Come on, you should know in tea nobody take the cream. I usually came there. But this was the worst experience ever. Really disappointed.

Decent service if you’re only getting a coffee, most of time drive thru takes over 10 minutes and I almost always just go in to get my coffee and come back out and see that the ppl in the drive thru haven’t moved. Doesn’t matter if the drive thru has 50 cars and a line up out the door there is only ever 1 person making sandwich’s and food and 3-5 ppl standing around doing nothing. As well as if you order food indoors have fun standing there finishing your drink because you’ll be waiting 20 minutes for you food because they prioritize drive thru and almost gurentee other ppl are waiting for food in front of you. Good for grabbing quick coffee, atrociousFor getting food.

used to be good, but steadily declined in all areas the past few months. i dont go anymore.staff used to be friendly, food used to be fresh, used to be fast.now they are pushy, you get stale desserts and they take their time. you have to wait fir the person not working at the moment to talk about work drama with the person on the clock…

The kids working drive-thru never listen when we are giving orders. I speak very loudly naturally, and they make me repeat myself at least once a visit. Not only that but I come in the early morning and they always have to “check” to see if they have items… when really they are making it and making us wait at the window without telling us to drive forward. Because everytime I get tired of waiting for a reply I drive up and my whole order is sitting at the window. Your staff needs retraining or firing.

It's a great middle ground between my brother and I. Also a good spot to grab an ice cap or small coffee. I've noticed that they have been having a staffing shortage, but have still managed to deliver my food in a timely manner and without mistake.

Quite literally the worst service I’ve ever had at all of the Tim’s I’ve ever been to lol, waited OVER 20 mins for a bagel and finally spoke up and when I did ask how much longer I was told 7 mins. 7 more mins for a bagel when there’s 3 people in line! Finally asked for my money back and left. Don’t go if you’re wanting fast service!!

Friendly staff but a very busy location. Took forever to get my food, waited 15 minutes! They need to hire more staff!
