Unfortunately due to the terrible receptionist I've decided to cancel my appointment. I completely forgot about the first appointment I thought it was May 3rd it was May 2nd. My appointment is at 1 pm, she calls me at 1:05 pm to tell me I'm late. I say I completely forgot and she says I'll have to re-book for August. Ok no problem, my fault. I asked her why she didn't call me a week ago or send a reminder email. We book these things months in advance for Christ's sake. She said, we don't do that". But you do! You just called me to tell me I'm 5 minutes late
