Dr Wasan Al-Saadi is terrific. She is unfailingly pleasant and kind. Professionally; confident and very efficient.I have had extensive dentistry in three countries, they were all very good dentists. But Dr Wasan is the best.

Wow!! Such an amazing experience with Dr. Wasan! Honestly, I never thought that going to the dentist could be a positive experience. I had an appointment booked with my dentist weeks later, and they could not give me a sooner appointment despite me being in pain dealing with an abscess. I called Elegance Dental Centre at 5pm without much hope of getting an appointment. I work until 6 pm every day during the week, and my schedule is very demanding. The reception staff were very compassionate and understanding of my situation and made me feel cared for and understood. I was given an appointment ONE HOUR LATER. I was impressed as soon as I arrived at the clinic, there is ample parking (which surprised me considering they are on the Bedford highway) and the inside was very clean and had a homey feel to it. Dr. Wasan performed a root canal for me, even though I had an abscess, with one hours notice, and kept her clinic open late for me to do so! She is very skilled at what she does and I at no point felt uncomfortable or anxious. I was seriously impressed with her work and she took the time to explain to me everything that she was doing. She made small talk with me while she worked on my tooth, and was just so kind and pleasant! Then, when I had a problem with my dental insurance going through because I didn’t have the right numbers, they allowed me to make a partial payment and send them the rest of the money later, and didn’t make me feel awkward or any type of way about it. I am someone who dreads going to the dentist, but honestly with this experience my outlook has changed. I’ll definitely be back here again from now on, and I went from being a first time customer with a dental emergency to a loyal client! If anyone is reading this is nervous or anxious about going to the dentist, I can’t recommend Dr. Wasan enough!! She will take care of you and make you feel valued, and she is really talented at what she does and it shows how experienced she is. Thanks again so much for your help Dr. Wasan, you have no idea how much I appreciate you and your work!!

Dr. Wasan is the best! She is kind, patient, clear, thorough and genuinely interested in the overall health and well being of her patients. She hires similarly friendly and capable professionals to assist her practice. I've had routine cleanings, chips fixed, cavities repaired, night guard made... She knows what she is doing and I am going to miss having such a kind and competent dentist. If we weren't moving I'd still be going here!

Dr Al-saadi was amazing! I had been calling around trying to get a infected wisdom tooth out my dentist wouldn't do anything. She took me in, fit me inbetween her patients. Frozen me up and had a wisdom tooth that was below gum out in 3 mins! She was friendly and compassionate and amazing I could not recommend her enough!

The doctor was upfront about prices and explained how my braces will work! Very clean, well maintained and made us feel well informed!

I was taken in after hours, same day after being in severe pain for a week when the other 8 places I called said the earliest I could get in was 2 weeks.I drove 1.5hrs to get there and she made me feel so comfortable.Incredible person, and has so much compassion for people in need. The work she did was amazing, and I couldn’t be more thankful.Thank you!

I switched my dental office because I felt like they truly cared about the pain I experience due to a cracked filling I had previously.

Absolute Scam and Upsell. They’re not clear on billing upfront (even I asked very clearly). They’ll advise for check up and x rays and then keep adding items such as cleaning etc.Unprofessional, had to keep waiting and waiting AND further WAITING. Just to get measurements for Night guard (and upselling in between) spent over 2 hours. Not recommended.I wish I’ve checked someone’s comment earlier. I feel exactly the same like they’re Milking you for $$$.
