Cat Sitter Toronto are wonderful! We travel often and really appreciate the daily emails with pictures and an update on our two geriatric cats. The team assigned to our account (3 people) are all friendly and make a point of ensuring we've returned safely from each trip. Highly recommended!

The team at Cat Sitter Toronto does an incredible job taking care of our furry family member while we're away. The detailed updates and pictures make us feel like we're still at home and give us comfort when we're missing her. The team goes above and beyond and truly love and adore cats! The system is so easy to book with and see upcoming visits. I would highly recommend them!

I have been using this service for around 5-6 years now, most recently in May-June 2023. I am very happy with their services over the years and fully intend to continue relying on them when I go out of town.They feed my cats according to their highly specific dietary instructions/needs, give them their daily medicines, play with them, clean up after them when they have hairballs, and put up with their grumpy moods. A bargain at any price to have my cats get to stay in their home and be well cared for while I'm out of town!Also the owners and sitters are always so friendly and nice and reliable and good at problem-solving. Super helpful service!Also I get daily updates and photos of my cats which I enjoy very much :)

Cat Sitter Toronto has been caring for our cats for the last 5-6 years. We are so happy with the service and individualized care our cats receive while we are away. Our cats are content as they each get what they need. Cuddle time, lots of playing and lots of love. The messages and pics we receive are priceless and make us laugh. Most recently, Heather has been just wonderful with the cats and she also keeps an eye out for things going amiss around the house... heat, mail, bins etc. All the cat sitters we've met have been great, as is Zara, the owner. We have no worries while away as we know they are well cared for.

They genuinely love animals, which shows not only in the fabulous and detailed reports and pictures you receive after every visit but also in how invested they are in your kitty’s well being - whether its highlighting changes they’ve noticed over time (the ones you may not notice as quickly seeing your pet every day) to spoiling them with a new treat or toy.We are so thankful for the exceptional service they provide to ensure, our now one furry friend, is loved, cared for and happy when we’re away. I don’t know what we would do without them!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Cat Sitter Toronto.We originally booked them for a week just after Christmas but our flight got cancelled and as a consequence, so did our trip. We got a partial cash refund and credit for future bookings quickly and easily.Fast forward a couple months, we booked them again for our rescheduled vacation. I noticed last minute that I had forgotten to book 2 of the required days. They added the extra days within literally minutes.Over our holiday, I got daily in depth updates on how our cat was doing including several pictures which definitely put my mind at ease. Our cat is kind of shy and stand offish but she was able to make friends with the sitters. They also kept our plants alive which was appreciated!They even asked if we needed an extension at the end of our holiday which was a nice extra touch.Will 100% be using their services again.11/10

At my first point of contact, I was told that I could not be approved as a client due to my travel dates being not far enough in advance. They have a 2-week policy (and longer for holiday travel times), which I do not see listed on their website. I believe I was 8 days out from travel. I can understand this is a policy, so there are no issues besides the policy not being listed. That would have been helpful to know.I then asked if my account could be approved for future travel dates. No answer. I followed up and was asked to provide the dates of travel. I did so. No answer. Followed up again. No answer.Not very impressed with the lack of response. I sought out services elsewhere.

We’ve used Cat Sitters Toronto for our last two trips. Although I am always a little apprehensive leaving our two senior cats behind, the sitters’ detailed msgs accompanied by photos after each visit allay my concerns. Also, the cats are super relaxed and happy upon our return- a great sign that they’ve been well-taken care of.Furthermore, their member site allows users to include very detailed information such as allergies, medication needs, and dietary restrictions, etc. Very useful for cats with specific needs.
