First and foremost I would like to Thank Taylor Welsh for this knowledge, professionalism, honesty, integrity. He goes above and beyond for his customers. There is not enough KIND words to describe Taylor Welsh. I bought a new 162 Princecraft DLX Max last year and I have never been treated with so much respect. I have never been to a Marina where you feel like number ONE. Huntsville Marine staff is AWESOME in each of there fields as will. I will always continue to do business with Huntsville Marine even though it's a 2 hour drive on way. Huntsville Marine is # 1 in Ontario in my books. Thank You so much for all you do Huntsville Marine. It is much APPRECIATED.

If you like having a good time do yourself a favor and rent a pontoon boat for the week. If you want to experience all Huntsville has to offer go ahead and ride her into town for dinner. Go ahead and add the tube for the kids and try to throw them off the back. The staff at the marina was super friendly which is refreshing coming from the states. We had a great time! Thanks

The boat was good and the tube are good, we just had a bit of an issue attaching the rope for the tube but the staff were all good to resolve the issue as fast and quick as they can, overall the whole experience was awesome and my whole family enjoyed it and we had lots of fun.

My wife and I purchased a non-current 2010 Crestline Kodiak 16 in 2011. They had it set up, tested and delivered within 4 days, just in time for a fishing trip in May. My boat is routinely the fastest 16 footer on the lake, and that's because my dealer took the time to water test and set it up right, as only a full-service marina can. The service department has also been beyond helpful with any issues that came up. Looking forward to my next purchase.

5th year renting from HM. They deliver and pick up for us to our rental cottage on Lake Waseosa. Fishing and pontoon boats were new , with a full tank and life jackets. Never any issues. Always professional. Ordering online makes the process easy! See you next year!

I’m leaving a deserved 1-star review although based on the attitude of the service desk I don’t think they will care. Poor service all around. I dropped off my SeaDoo last fall to be winterized. When I asked for a receipt for dropping off my $20k machine they looked at me like I had two heads. They replied we don’t do that, you can trust us. I thought that was weird and it left me feeling uneasy.This spring despite being stored in doors and on a trickle charger it wouldn’t start. I figured it was just the battery and told them that. I took it in for service on the Friday. They said it would be looked at early the next week. They mentioned nothing of a back log. Almost a week goes by without them doing anything. I left several voice mails as their message instructed one one to do, however I received no call back. Several days goes by so I called again. Still no call back. Eventually I had to drive in to find out what was happening. When I questioned them on this their response was we only have one person to return calls. When I asked why my machine wasn’t looked at I was told their only SeaDoo mechanic was on maternity leave. If that’s the case you would think they would call customers to inform them. I was told he “may” be back on Monday but they can't promise that.After voicing my concerns I gave them another day, but then thought better of it and returned to get my machine. The guy at the front desk said he was going to have his “friend” who works there look at it in the afternoon. Makes me wonder if before they were just making up excuses. I said okay I’ll wait. He then replied “oh I’m not doing that now. Take your SeaDoo.” Bitter about the bad feedback I guess. Long story short I got it fixed in a hour with the help of Canadian Tire. It only needed a new battery, and Muskoka Marine couldn’t handle that in over a week. The worst part is their attitude. I don’t think they care. I emailed Taylor their General Manager who didn’t even take the time to call or even acknowledge the email. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.BTW when I picked up my machine it was obviously stored outdoors and uncovered the entire week because it was filled with water from the rain storms.

Huntsville Marine is a local Marina filled with good people and great times! They have lots of selection of boats and fair prices to rent them. The waterfront team lead by Emily is a joy to get to know and they do a great job fuelling boats! The marina will also winterize and repair your boat! We got our boat fixed with them and it was quick and easy! Thanks HM ;)

The Rental Staff at Huntsville Marine are the best and nicest peeps. We had no problem the whole week. We used the boat all day and were able to bring it back to the Marine at night because the Condo we were staying at had no slips offered. They even gave us a rain day because the day we arrived it was pouring. They added a day at the end of the week no charge. What excellent customer service.
