Market Tire

As a caregiver, I have to be dependable, so this morning when I needed an urgent tire repair I was quite stressed. Called 8th St location and Colton said come on in. Half an hour after I got there, it was done! Quick and friendly service. Patience with my questions, straightforward answers, while not making me feel like an idiot. Huge thanks for brightening up my day!! This will definitely now be my 'go to' place for all things tire related.

Super friendly, helpful and honest staff! Went in with a small leak on a tire, when other places already tried to just sell me a new tire, they came out and tightened my valve for free!Absolutely just got me as a lifetime future customer and will be purchasing my next set of tires here.

I had my heater core replaced in my f150 and Nathan had it done in a very timely manner. He did a fantastic job and i am still waiting for ford to call me with the part that Nathan got way quicker. I would highly recommend market tire for their knowledge, efficiency and courteousness. May i also add, very reasonably priced.

Brought a tire in with a screw. They had it fixed in 20 minutes and were so kind and friendly. 20/10 would come here again.

I could not be more impressed with the service at Market Tire. My family has been going there for around 20 years and I have been going since I got my vehicle 4 years ago. I’ve always meant to write a good review, but Matt’s help today went above and beyond. All the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful!The service is always very punctual and they tell you if it’s going to take more time then it typically would. I’ve always gotten my car back quicker than expected, even as a walk-in.The staff are all very honest and upfront. I don’t know much about vehicles and some places take advantage of that. I have never felt that way at Market Tire and their staff are all very communicative and trustworthy. They always explain what they are doing well. If something is going to cost even a few dollars more then they originally said, they phone ahead and let me know. My family suggested my grandparents switch to Market Tire for this reason.The service is always very affordable and for work being done on a Volkswagen— usually more cost effective then what I expect it to be.They always have their clients goals in mind. They are very upfront about different options and, for someone who’s vehicle is likely at the end of its life, they have helped to give me good options to keep it drive-able and safe without having to feel like I’m always replacing expensive parts to keep it going.Thank you so much Market Tire!!

Matt at Market Tire on 8th is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Their whole operation is very professional and time efficient - despite always being busy they find time to get you in and have your car done in reasonable time, and their work is high quality.

The guys are super cool, service was top notch. I dropped off my car for repair, they brought me back home with the company's vehicle, and when the work was done, they picked me up from home again. I would recommend them anyday.

This store stranded me entirely across town with no way to get home two hours before my late boss’ funeral.I dropped off my car that morning, telling them that I needed to get picked up at 5pm at my work. I told three different people, that I needed this device that they offer. They called me twice throughout the day (which I couldn’t answer, since I was working - which I told them). When they didn’t show up after 15 minutes, I called them - they said they didn’t come because I didn’t answer the call (you know, because I was working). I was told that they could come now, but I’d be late because now the traffic was really bad, or I could come pick it up the next morning.I arranged this ahead of time, because I couldn’t arrange it at the time I needed it. I told three different people, and I still somehow slipped through the cracks. I’m lucky a coworker saw me sobbing and took me home.To top it all off, when I picked it up I found a dirty, oil-stained rag on my seat, and it stained some of my interior even after they tried to clean it off. I only supported this place because I knew people that worked there - sorry guys, not anymore.
