Been there first time - got scars from the threading and I was told it will be gone in an hour, I know very well it won't be. But the ambience is good and the staff are very friendly.

I visited first time at this place for eyebrows. This was done by Jaanvi. She was so perfect and gave very perfect shape to my eyebrows without any pain. I specially asked her name so that i can write review for her.

I went 1st time for my eyebrows they send i think new girl to do my eyebrows but she couldn’t do it and she ruined my eyebrows.I really had bad experience when I asked her she was making excuses and saying no it was like that and all

Customer service is exceptionally fast and good. All staff members are very friendly. I have been going there for my laser treatment and the results are fantastic compared to the other place I tried earlier. All of the services offered are very good specially waxing and facial. The place is nice and hygienic. They always try and suggest what is best for individual skin type. I don't know why people put wrong reviews.

It was my first visit to Preeti's spa. They are very professional and caring. I am very impressed by result for my eyebrow. I never had such painless eyebrow experience. Their work place is very neat amd clean.

I always thread my face and Preeti (the owner) is good at threading . The girls on the other hand always comment on my skin saying it's sensitive" and that's why my skin bleeds after they thread. They thread my skin along with the hair which is why I end up bleeding. They always use the excuse of blaming my skin. The thread they using isn't the thread that's used for threading . They use sewing thread which makes it even worst when it comes to the pain tolerance. I got my back waxed from here once and NEVER went back. I had pimples all over my back because they were using wax canned wax instead of a new roll of roll on wax (like how you are supposed to). This place is overall dirty and the money spent for the services isn't used towards quality material for customers. I wish they would follow proper protocol and techniques when it comes to waxing or threading. The girls always say how much hair I have on my face and offer waxing instead because they aren't interested in putting in the work for threading..even though I am paying them. The girls that work there are trained by another person and do not have the professional background as an esthetician. I guess that explains the lack of quality service. Use at your own risk"
