When we first got our truck, we called around to find a place to line -x the bed. I was so impressed with Pat when I talked with him over the phone that despite being further away from our home, we made the trip out to Outaouais. You have to remember, this stuff is forever so you want it done right the first time. We got there early (to beat the traffic) and Pat got us in right away. He even recommended a breakfast place walking distance away to grab a coffee while they worked on the truck. ( The breakfast place was fantastic too, but that’s another review!) Pat did an amazing job line-Xing our Tundra. This whole experience was really great from the exceptional customer service to the excellent job they did applying the line-x. I look forward to getting some aftermarket bits and pieces from Pat to customize our vehicle.

Fantastic experience end to end. The phone conversation about line-x with Tanya was top notch, explained in the details the options I had. Once onsite she showed me the difference between the product options. The quality of the job itself was superb and very professional looking! Pat in the shop also took time to discuss other truck accessories re :tailgate lock / tonneau cover options and other accessories I hadn't considered. If you want a great experience end to end from a shop that actually cares about customer service, look no further!
