Great customer service and performance! they did an excellent job on cleaning my couch and stairs, as well as removing pet odour from the carpet. After moving a lot of furniture in my house to have my carpet cleaned, having my mother in law come over and wait for hours, me calling the day before to confirm appointment, they leave me a message saying they needed to bring in there truck for repairs, I said send another truck, it's also getting repaired. I said, What solution do you have?" he says call another company." Thanks for wasting my time. If I owned the company

Our tech was very responsive, fast and did an incredible job. Our carpet is like new now ! Very pleased and would use their services again anytime, and encourage others to do the same.
