Love this shop. Spent an hour looking for gifts for my nieces and nephews but came away with a gift for myself - the most stunning toy car. Such a huge selection of toys and practical bits and bobs here. Also awesome book selection. Staff are friendly and chatty and the space is big and well laid out.

Having read some of the difficult experiences others have had with this store, I will qualify my rating by saying I have not been around a baby for decades, I was buying a sun hat (the parents' wish) for a month old baby, and I could not for the life of me translate clothing size to this tiny being. I explained my predicament to the staff and the two young women helped me buy the perfect adjustable hat with a rim that the parents were ecstatic about. Agreed, the store is not for the faint of wallet. And I don't know enough to comment on quality. But the sheer volume of cool baby clothes and toys and games made me want to buy everything.

Very impressed by the service at Kol Kid. I placed an order online over Easter weekend, they called me 5 mins after to see if I will be accepting packages over the weekend. I was able to get my child's toy the next day delivered at no extra cost! They even packaged it in a nice bag with tissue paper. Very surprised and happy about their service and going the extra mile.

What i love about kol kids is how fast they process they're online orders! We don't live in toronto anymore but I still order items from here. It's common for items to do and be delivered in days! Even outside the GTA

I bought boots for my nephew.I got shipped that the boots were scratched and the warranty card was torn.I contacted customer service, but they were busy making excuses.did not take any actionThey told me about the torn card they sent. “still good for you”is this in good condition?Who wants to present a torn warranty card and scratched boots?I want to ask them. Would you like to receive such a terrible gift?Very worst and will never buy from here again.Never buy here. Worst.
