The pharmacy portion is not well managed at all. I handed in a prescription that they had to send out for. They told me it would be ready in 24 hours. It took two visits from myself and my husband and a phone call to finally get my prescription 50 hours later. They admitted that it had been sitting there but that they hadn't been able to get to it. A service for something essential like medication should be better than this. The only positive about this pharmacy is their late hours, but if they can't provide an essential product, those hours don't matter.

The staff of Shoppers are great but the post office is horrific. I will drive 10 minutes out of my way in future just to avoid the abysmal staff. I stood behind the only man at the counter assuming it was the line up. The staff continued to chat with the customer. After a few minutes someone else walked up and graciously said that I was there firs lt when the staff member left to assist her. The staff laughingly said well there's no cash desk over there". I can do without the attempt at public embarrassment and shaming. The staff was simply socializing and had no desire to interrupt her conversation. I asked about service costs for mail forwarding and was informed that she can't tell me the cost until I produce the needed documents. Could be $1.00 could be $10000. When I asked what the list of items was she told me to check Canada Post online. (Even though she was literally looking at the list). I will never again come to this location which is a shame. Canada Post should be a service and a location to drive traffic to a store rather than drive it away. Recommend you stay away too."

The Canada Post office located in the store has two lady’s working back there. Not only where both of them quick to anger but unreasonable. Both where VERY rude and had no manners. I would give a zero if I could but I can’t. I’d honestly avoid this location at all costs. Unless you want to waste your time. Because they sure will waste it. I really hope they hire new staff because this is unacceptable the way they are able to treat customers and get away with it. Really makes you wonder how they even got hired in the first place.

I was shopping today in the makeup section and two employees (black hair girl with tattoos working in the makeup department, and a blonde girl) starting talking badly about my dad and his grandchildren who were with him as soon as he left the store (of course not realizing it was my dad while talking very loudly directly beside me). After hearing this I told the girl she shouldn’t be talking badly about other customers and she had nothing to say and ignored me, and the other girl took my payment at the register so I brought it up to her as well and all she had to say was “I’m sorry you feel that way.” If you’re going to be unprofessional and rude, you might as well be smart about it and wait for customers to not be around you.

Kelley at the pharmacy can certainly be a nasty little thing... very snarkey and rude for no reason. This person should probably not be working with the public and baised on all the other horrible reviews this seems like a regular occurrence... Really sad as this place used to be very professional.

The service and professionalism at this location is beyond atrocious. I continually see the owner" responding to concerns for over a year with no change. The staff at the pharmacy are rude and unhelpful who seem to hate having to do their jobs."

You Pharmacy staff was not helpful in any manner and was very unprofessional, snarky and Illed tempered while dealing with someone who was having difficulty breathing and needed an emergency inhaler which can just be bought over the counter, but had to go to the other shoppers by the hospital who were way more helpful.Your staff needs an attitude adjustment and need to be taught how to deal with people in an emergency in a proper and professional manner. Not getting mad at the patient because the patient was panicking because of oncoming breathing difficulty.

The pharmacy service here is now terrible. They treat my mom badly. I shudder everytime I have to take her there as she is quite elderly. They talk down to her and have tried to charge her for prescriptions that were actually covered. I wish she'd change stores but at 87 and going there for over 30 years its hard to change. It really stresses her out though. Needless to say I don't go there.
