Vanessa is an artist who skillfully takes her time. Her boutique is clean and has a lovely selection of self-care products. If you're feeling down, I highly recommend you book an appointment with Vanessa, because you'll walk out a new esthetician on speed dial.

I got my lashes done here, the lady was nice but my lashes DID NOT last. Form the day I had them done they started falling out. I ignored it at first but at the rate I was loosing them I messaged her. She proceeded to tell me how her clients never complained and totally disregarded my concern by telling me I will lose 2-5 lashes per day, I was losing at least 10 per day. My lashes were 5 days old and looked 14 days old. Im not one to complain but this was a waste of my money. Please note I did not get them wet for 24hrs, I sleep on my back, I do not rub my eyes & I haven’t been wearing makeup. This was clearly a issue with her application or her products used. She offered to fix them but wanted me to pay, absolutely unacceptable considering the lashes started falling out before I got home after my appointment.

I love coming here! I've gotten my lashes done & my eyebrows done and i've never been disappointed. Sometimes i'm unable to get there at the exact time because i don't drive and Vanessa's always 100% accommodating with me. She also responds super quick! The best place to get your nails done, hands down! I’ve been seeing Vanessa for almost a year now and will never go anywhere else. My acrylics will last for weeks without lifting. Her work (including nail art!) is consistently excellent and very reasonably priced. The salon itself is modern, stylish and immaculately kept. She maintains the highest level of sanitation standards with all of her tools and supplies. Highly recommended!

My lash extensions are perfect after one application, it is a perfect fit for my eyes/face, and I had a great time having them done. Excellent customer service and atmosphere. Highly recommend for lash extensions and I plan to get many more services here!

I first went to Meraki Beauty Lounge and had my hair cut, coloured and also had tape in extensions installed. Marissa was so fun to talk with, she truly made me feel beautiful again (mommy makeover). I have been going to her ever since! Every time i was in the salon I felt nothing but comfortable and relaxed.After seeing the work Vanessa did on my moms lashes I booked with her after going somewhere religiously for YEARS. That was the best thing I could have ever done. Vanessa is so inviting and makes the 1 1/2 hour fly by with good conversation. She makes me feel comfortable and answers any question that I have. You can tell by all the certifications on the wall that Vanessa is extremely educated and knowledgable in this field! After going to Vanessa I truly realized how unsanitary and unprofessional my precious lash girl was. I also had my eyebrows waxed and tinted.. Vanessa is literally a beauty wizard! I can’t wait to try all of the other services Meraki Beauty Lounge offers! I haven’t had my nails done yet but work she does is absolutely STUNNING. This beauty lounge is my new favourite place to be!

I love coming here! I came in with a bit of a cold and ended up having a bit of a coughing fit in the middle of my session... Vanessa was very kind and patient with me, she got me some water and made sure I was okay. Her shop is lovely and she is very good at what she does! I love my lashes every time I go there.
