I ordered a small Oreo blizzard and asked for extra Oreo which I did not get, then called them out on it and they basically lied, it was so obvious I did not get what I paid for, place is a rip off…Also make note of there response, they don’t acknowledge anything happened…

Thé last five visits my mom has made to this store she is always missing an item. She usually goes through drive thru but today she decided to go in as there is construction in the drive thru. She tripled said her order to make sure it’s accuracy and low and behold she come home and the item was missing from the order…….the fifth time now. I’m not sure why it’s so difficult to remember to put the gravy in the bag. It may seem minor in terms of cost but it’s starts adding up when it happens every time she goes. It’s become quite disappointing.

Unfortunately I have to give a star to write a review. I went in for strawberry cheesecake blizzard… they were out of strawberry so I went with something else. The girl rudely put the blizzard on the counter and stuck a spoon in it and said “there you go” … I asked aren’t you supposed to turn it upside down before giving it to me? Her rude reply was we don’t do that in this location. I was blown away with the horrible service at this location and will never return. The Nanaimo location is spot on and will be going there moving forward.

Every time I come here the buns are soaked and soggy. I squeezed out so much liquid it was like a sponge. Female staff are rude and seem to take their job as a joke, making fun of customers and gossiping...
