I bought a brand new Cub Cadet snow blower here last fall to use for my business. I used it a lot during our recent snow storm, and it would have been impossible for me to satisfy my clients without a machine as good as the Cub Cadet that was sold to me at O'Neil's! They told me to get the oil changed after about 10 hours of use since it was new, and then once a season after that. I brought the snow blower in to the service department for the oil change, and received a very high level of service once again! They changed the oil, but also did a full inspection, and made sure everything was in good working order. Can't wait to buy a new lawn mower in the spring from O'Neil's! Thank you!

Parts department should fix attitude while speaking with customers on the phone who is waiting over 30 days for parts.

The staff at O'Neils are great. We have been buying equipment there for as long as I can remember. Tom in parts knows way too much about parts (in a good way) and can help you find what you need. We now own mostly CaseIH equipment because of the service we get from O'Neils. They offer fair deals on trade-in's and some excellent deals on demo equipment.

These guys were amazing. I’ve lived in Binbrook for the past 12 years and this was the first time I’ve needed them! My Cub Cadet Snowblower wasn’t starting so I brought to them on a Tuesday afternoon and was ready for pickup the next morning. Amazing customer service. Darlene and Dave gave top notch service. Friendly and Knowledgeable!!Highly recommend this place A+++

I took my lawn mover to O’Neil under warranty . I was told it will take over a week . I bring it in to drop it if and no paper was given to me. I then get a call few days after saying they tried to put it through warranty and it didn’t go through since they don’t cover it. I was then told it’s fixed and I owe them $77. I would appreciate if they tell me what the cost is before they work on it . They told me it has more engine oil and that caused it to smoke. Anyhow I wouldn’t recommend this place as they’re not organised and would like a quote before it’s touched . I called toro and they told me they do cover it so not sure where the mishap is happening anyhow I’m down $77 for an item under warranty that I just purchased and barely used it since I took it to O’Neil. I asked for the owner to call me back regarding the issue after several attempts he calls me back , Craig and very rude and unprofessional . I told him I brought my lawn mover cuz it won’t start and it’s push start , they were so dumb they pulled the cord 20 times and it started and said it works. DO NOT TAKE your lawn mower there , they rip you off . Bunch of scammers

Can't give a 0. Dropped off my chain saw as it was not running probably. Wasn't called with any quote and just went ahead and serviced it. When I called to follow up was told cost would be $140.00. Went to pick it up on a Saturday and was told by the rep that he couldn't do anything but would have someone call me on Monday. Received a call and was told that he couldn't do anything and would speak to the owner. 5 days later and still no call back. I support local small business, but it seems like O'Neil's does support the little people that support them. Very disappointed as I have been going there every since I've moved into the area over 10 years ago, but will have to reconsider my choices.

Looking for a tractor this is the place to go. I recently purchased a tractor from Casey by far the nicest person I've met. He made me feel like family from the first time I walked in the door. Customer service has been amazing even on a closed Sunday they managed to get what I needed. 5STAR ALL THE WAY! I've been with John deere and Kubota for years and I've never received half the customer service then meeting this crew at O'neils :)

I needed some Skid Plates for my Sears Snowblower. No one had any. I spoke to several dealers and some had the Right but no left and they were not able to order. I called O'Neils and spoke with Tom. He had the cross reference numbers which he said he had In Stock". I drove up and he had them ready for me. Great Service and obviously a good supply of parts."

I went to 5 other Stihl dealers in the Hamilton area looking for a certain product. Most couldn't give me the time of day. I went to O'Neil and everyone was great. Great service, great staff! I know where to go first next time!
