Puppy Yoga Ottawa

Not responding in a timely way to rebook classes that were paid for 3 years ago. As a result, can never get in when there are new classes actually offered. They sometimes respond and then don't get back to you when you reply. Frustrating!

Bought 2 tickets (in May) for the Montreal Puppy Yoga class, paid almost 100$, it is now August. No news if the event did or is going to take place. I asked for a reimbursement, no one answered.

Great experience. The puppies are adorable and the yoga teacher was very friendly. Love the experience and my wife came out of the class with a big smile. Would highly recommend.

3 of us bought tickets but the ticket holder" tested positive for covid at the last minute

Never got to use my gift card - their system kept cancelling my booking and no one would ever respond to my email inquiries.

Won’t contact me back to add me to new schedule of classes after my original classes were canceled due to pandemic. BEWARE. Not responding to emails or reachable by phone to refund money either.

Probably a scam.I don’t even understand how this has that many stars. They do not answer to messages.I sent an email to ask if there was a way to move my class (didn’t ask for a refund and open to any solutions) but after 4 days and 2 emails, I decided to contact them on Instagram.I could see instagram stories being posted, but my messages were not being read.I finally decided to call my credit card and report this business as a scam.Very disapointing especially because it was an activity I was curious to try for so many years.I will report the account on instagram so other people are not being fooled by this business.
