Very busy office. They try hard to take care of everyone needs. Rarely have to wait once you have an appointment. Connextion family health team offers many services covered by ohip which helps the physcians give additional resources.

The Nurse practitioner Caroline S. is a real gem and very dedicated to her work. I'm so happy she is looking after my elderly mother I couldn't ask for better. Also the receptionist Melanie is very pleasant to deal with as well.

A big thank you to the Dietitian, Natalie, at Connexion Family Health Team. She is extremely knowledgeable and very professional in dealing with clients. She provided me with a comprehensive program to achieve a perfect diet. Thank you again. 5 stars.

Place use to be better when Nancy was running it had more care and patience. Now if your late by 5 mins they just move on to the next person. It's awful.

My parents and I have been going to Dr Clevette for over 20 years and she joined Connexion Family Health Team a few years ago. Ability to book same day appointment if you call at 8am or see practical nurses at short notice.

The nurse practitioner and nurses I have dealt with here have been great, however I can not recommend this clinic because of their poor communication and lack of contact options. There is no voicemail, no call waiting, no email, no way to contact other than being lucky enough for them to pick up when you call (there is also a window in the middle of the day where they don't answer calls and they are closed on random days for no reason).I have never had issues with getting prescription refills with any walk-in doctor but always have issues with this clinic communicating the information to the pharmacy, and not being able to contact them creates additional challenges. They take a hostile approach when I express any difficulties I am having with their services.I mostly rely on walk-in services despite my primary physician being at this clinic. Avoid if you can.

Been trying to call and follow up on blood work for a few weeks now but no answer on the phone line, no call back when I leave a message and no option to e-mail. Very sad especially for a company dealing with people who have health issues.

My girlfriend has gone in here twice, and both times there have been major miscommunications from both front desk and the main staff, she has been told she doesn’t exist in their computer system even after getting multiple tests run. They have never called her back, even when her appointment was rescheduled we drove out there and didn’t find out about it until talking to reception (didn’t even get an email).Overall the communication and records system felt very unprofessional and she was entirely brushed away when she told them how uncomfortable she was with how she was being handled.

I went for a Pap smear this morning.The Nurse Practitioner was very professional, personable, patient, made me feel relaxed and answered my questions fully.I was there a few years ago for fungus on my toes and again I received excellent service.

It is always about the people. This centre is full of smart and complementary experts for one stop health and fitness needs. From nutrition to physio to chiro to doctor to acupuncture. All in one location.Only negative is cold empty waiting room and no staff later in the afternoon.
