After doing an online quote yesterday at 3pm I received a call from Stephanie Li, a few minutes later. I needed insurance quick as I need it to register the car I bought, she had me signed up within a couple hours, and the insurance was started today (the next day), she even stayed late to ensure she received all the forms. She was quick and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend working with Begin Insurance and Stephanie to anyone.

They apparently buy reviews. I mailed Neal yesterday to switch my insurance. No replies, I tried to call couple of times always voicemail. This is an unprofessional business practice.Edit: They called me after my review. And we’re solving the issue. However this delay costed me not to be able to purchase a pristine condition Honda Oddysey on 120k kms with a reasonable price.

Issue ongoing. I will update my review if they fix it.They are not clear at all about the insurance products they sale and it feels like my sales POC (Neal) does not know the insurance products he sales very well... I may be wrong, but I am still waiting for a writing clarification from them.

Been with my current Insurance Broker for almost ten years. My daughter recently got her Driver's licence, and I found my rates had jumped significantly. I got a far better rate through Begin Insurance (Insurer is CAA). Jessie Van Groningen was friendly and professional, and made the changeover quick and simple.
