Such a great atmosphere. The doctor was so nice and saw my daughter right away. The hygienists were kind and sympathetic to our needs. The best dentist I’ve ever seen. Thank you.

Kendra my hygienist is wonderful! She is empathetic, patient, thorough, professional, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Her care and attention speaks well of the whole Bosse dental office culture of care. This was my first visit. I will definately return. Thank you Kendra, doctors Bosse, and your whole team.

Dr. Bosse a very patient, talented and understanding dentist. He will do what he thinks is right, not what he thinks will make him more money .Dr. Rebecca is wonderful as well. Definitely a chip off the old block.

I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. After losing my front teeth, I sought a solution and was informed by Dr. Rebecca that it would cost a significant amount of money. She recommended removing all my teeth and potentially getting a small plastic bridge, which I didn't agree with. Later, while visiting my family in another country, I found a different dentist who provided the treatment I needed at a much lower cost than the plastic bridge option suggested by Dr. Rebecca.Unfortunately, I encountered further issues when I needed antibiotics and tried to schedule an appointment at the same clinic. Each time I called, they claimed they had no availability. When I eventually visited the clinic in person to address the problem, I found Dr. Rebecca upset because I hadn't returned to have the plastic bridge done. This was not what I had expected based on our previous conversation.In the end, I had all my dental issues resolved elsewhere for less than $2000 CAD. Now, I require an appointment for something else, but I was informed that my file has been closed and I should not return to the clinic. I believe there may have been a discriminatory factor in this decision, as I was simply seeking help for my dental problems. I truly wish there were better regulations in place to ensure clinics treat patients fairly and do not turn away those in need of emergency assistance.I am currently searching for a new dentist outside of Cornwall, preferably in Montreal. I apologize for summarizing my story here, but I felt the need to share my experience and find a place where I can continue my dental care without further complications.

Expected a major repair to a cracked tooth was going to be needed. Instead, Dr Rebecca indicated there was a simple fix possible...and did it. Quick, kind and not pushy at all for more expensive options. Really a positive experience after negative ones elsewhere.

Phenomenal care here!I respect Dr Rebecca so much for all the work She's done for myself and my two children! Shes a fantastic dentist! And all the staff is so so friendly! Highly recommend Her!

After calling to tell me I had an outstanding balance, I signed the documents requested and sent them back (this past summer). I heard nothing from them, so to me, it was a non-issue. Then one day last week I open my junk mail with a nasty message from Rebecca saying that they have made several attempts to reach me (lies) and that they will be adding 18% to my outstanding bill. I call right away and she said that she would prefer I pay it and deal with insurance myself. When I question why she can’t have her staff put it through (my insurance company needs codes and it’s complicated without an actual bill), she says “you’re no longer a client with us”. I tell her my kids both have appts upcoming so that changes her mind. So, I send my insurance information and she sends me yet another snarky email telling me that it’s my fault (that you didn’t call me to tell me I still have a balance? Nope). Now to wait to see if she puts the claim through (days later and still nothing)
