Phoenix Bubble Tea
These guys sell everything! You need ramen? They make! You want banh Mi? They oblige! No problem! Their tapioca balls are not good though. I only go here when eating at House of Pepper because they sell their pop for $1 while the other food stalls sell them for $1.50. There! That's your tip of the day.

Loved their bubble tea! It's a grimy stall but the lady there is ultra nice and has a ridiculously crazy list of flavors. She does unique combinations too. And a large glass is betw just $5-$6!! Definitely a must visit.

When I asked the owner how she makes the best tapioca in the world, she said she cooks it for 5 hours and doesn't go cheap on the ingredients.That tapioca makes the best taho and bubble tea!!!

To begin, the quality of the bubble tea isn’t bad. However, prices are ridiculously all over the place for their items and it is impossible to figure out which price is for which item. Ordered a mango smoothie from here months ago and it was priced at $5.00 with pearls. However, coming back again, the price changed to $6.00 when paying. There are no signs that communicate the price change in a clear manner. The ambiguity of the price negatively affects the customer experience. If possible, you’re better off going to a different bubble tea location.

They don't post the correct prices, so you end up paying more than what's displayed once your order is ready. Ordered banh mi and the lady gave us random meat balls stuffed in the bun, and a mango shake that was just left at the counter while she was busy chatting and assisting her friends even if we came in first. 45 minutes to an hour wait for a shake and a couple of banh mi. Overall quality and service is poor and very questionable. Never again.

Best HK milk tea in town. The tea to milk/cream ratio is perfect. Brew with mixture of 5 different kind if tea resulted in aromatic tea with creamy flavour. Sweetness can be adjusted to personal preference but recommended go with regular sweetness. Price is a bit high and not accurately displayed.

I love the mango smoothie here, which is made with two real mangos blended with ice. It's a pretty healthy drink in a large cup for 5 bucks. I think if you add tapioca it becomes 5.50. I compared it to Sweety House right beside it and they're both pretty similar. The cup at Sweet House is a little smaller but it's also only 4.75 for the drink with tapioca.The have many drink options here. The only problem is that the prices on the signs don't match the prices that the lady will tell you.My friends enjoy her bubble tea slushes. The tapioca isn't bad in my opinion. Could be sweeter.

Don't listen to the negative reviews.. This is the best bubbletea spot in the Gta! I've been going here since I was a kid and till now, this is my favorite bubbletea spot. The tapioca is always fresh along with her wide variety of different flavours and drink combinations. She remembers all of my orders as a regular customer and always goes out of her way to serve me.

I ordered an avocado banana smoothie. It was cold, refreshing and delicious. Large size for $7. It reminded me of drinks in Malaysia. I love a good avocado smoothie!
