Kiera was super awesome doing my wax, eyebrows are on point! But she really made my day when she was able to squeeze me in and give my nails a quick polish. She was so much fun to talk to. I can't wait for my eyebrows to grow back! Haha!

Really a nice surprise to find this very cool, super chic salon behind the doors at this outdoor mall in Esquimalt. You literally walk into Shangri-la from the moment you step in til the moment you leave, with a fresh & very current hair style or nails. My experience here was above my expectations & all the staff are uber-friendly, professional & creative! They carry local beauty gift items & professional beauty products at competitive prices. I am very happy to recommend Outshine Salon to everyone who is looking for a superior hair & beauty salon.

First time I went there in August Michael gave me an awesome haircut.Went back this past week and I received the worst haircut. Bangs and back uneven, cut too short so both my cowlicks have gone postal. Uneven cut all around. Have chunks missing, my hair doesn't even lay flat. I can't style it. It looks like someone took a bowl to my hair and then took the feathering scissors to it.I will not ever go back,nor recommend this salon. Definitely not a $50 and up studio.

First time at this salon. Amazing haircut and fantastic service from start to finish. Reception was great and Julie, the stylist, really listened and gave me a brand new hairstyle, that I love. Cannot recommend enough, I will be back again.

Nice atmosphere, good size salon so you don't feel cramped but partition walls keep the noise down. Got an updo with lots of very long hair, Chrissy took the time to make sure we were both happy with the results, never making me feel rushed but that if I were on a time constraint she'd work with me to get out on time. Reasonable cost for almost 2 hrs work and a slew of bobby pins. French speaking staff is great to see! I haven't been to a salon in 10 years because of previous poor experiences but I'm already planning a trip for some bangs!
