Incredible flavour, variety and value. I was amazed at the size of the sushi, I’d say one roll is the size of 2 at other places I’ve been. Will definitely be back.

Incredible food and staff are very friendly. The kimchi is homemade and so flavourful. The portions and size of the sushi are huge! Everything tasted super fresh. Will definitely be returning.

You would never think a strip mall on Hwy 27 would have excellent quality Sushi but they certainly do!! We keep going back when we crave Sushi. It's consistently good, fresh and delicious. We usually get the Beeton Boat of sushi/maki it's a good selection and very filling, almost too much for two people but doable. Their Shrimp tempura is excellent. Pair it all with the cold brew Sake and it's a great meal. Service is always professional.

My family enjoyed great sashimi and sushi at The Sushi Chef. All food is fresh and delicious. It is located in convenient area: near hwy 400 and Lake Simcoe. We enjoyed great Saturday afternoon at Innisfil beach park after the dinner. Finally, the staff are very kind.

My partner and I were in the area and found this place so decided we would try it out.Everything from the ambiance to the food and service quality was amazing.Our edamame and miso soup starters were delicious, and our rolls were so fresh!!We will definitely be coming back to this place even though it is no where near where we live.Thank you to the very kind waitress' and chefs.Such a great experience.

I’ve been to 20+ sushi places all around the GTA & surrounding area and sushi chef is by FAR the best quality sushi you can get. The size of the rolls are huge and each roll absolutely bursts in your mouth with fresh flavours. Take out or dine in is top notch quality. My go too every time for ‘high end’ sushi.

The food was excellent, the atmosphere was nice and the staff was so incredibly kind!! Yesterday we ate supper there and were nearing closing hours but one of our kids was hungry because he didn’t like sushi. We asked them for some french fries for him but apparently they didn’t make them. However they made an exception for the child despite the kitchen closing and the menu not having fries. He was so happy when he got his fries ❤️❤️
