Clinique Dentaire Dorval

This is by far the most amazing dentist I have ever been to. My teeth look and feel amazing. I have always been EXTREMELY nervous about the dentist and have put it off. My hygienist was beyond amazing pretty much held my hand through the who thing. Was motivational. And encouraging. I have severe anxiety and this place made me feel like I could get through this without crying.

First off, my overall experience at this clinic has been great. One of my kids is very nervous, and had to have a filling. Dr. Lopez did an excellent job, was very calming, and made it the best possible experience for them. Also shoutout to Han-- my kids actually look forward to a cleaning because of her!

Great experience. First time checkup after a long hiatus, was made very comfortable. Needed full wisdom teeth removal as well, and it was a remarkably pain free experience. Highly recommended.

Dr Hana is extremely professional. She saw me for a dental emergency on short notice. The staff is very courteous and everyone is so nice. I definitely recommend this dental clinic.

When I visit a dental clinic, I expect professional care, as well as customer service. This was my first visit to this location, and it also turned out to be the last. I've visited used car lots, and left feeling better. I would go into detail, but I'm concerned they'll identify me, and bill my insurance for treatment I've never actually had. To be clear, I am not aware of this location does that, but I don't take chances.

Booked based on the star reviews and let me tell you, I am NEVER going back there. I had a horrible experience. They never even looked at the file sent by my previous dentist, gaslit me about a filling I've never had, wouldn't stop patronizing me, and scraped my teeth so hard my mouth still hurt a day later. And all that for $400+ when cleanings have never cost me anything more than $200 before.The whole place is also a sensory nightmare with super white neons, different music and all open stations. I'd rather drive the 1 1/2 hour to my old dentist, at least I know they'll treat me like a person and take care of my mouth instead of abusing it like miners looking for gold...

Dr. Chatila and her team are simply fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Chatila is a skilled dentist who takes the time to listen to her patients and address their concerns. She truly cares about her patients' well-being and it shows in the high-quality care she provides. Her team is also top-notch - the dental hygienists are thorough and gentle, and the front desk staff is always very helpful and accommodating. If you're looking for a dentist who goes above and beyond for their patients, look no further than Dr. Chatila.

Let me start off by saying that I've had a terrible fear of going to the dentist my whole life. I put off dental work until the last possible minute more often than not, because I've had a lot of poor experiences with dentists: too rough on my sensitive teeth, poorly done fillings, difficulty finding an appointment...So I tried something different. I did some research and found this dentist's office. My first interaction with the reception staff was already great - they were not only very helpful, but also so friendly and pleasant to talk to. And that experience has been the same every time :)Dr. Chatila, Han, Nancy, the reception staff, and their whole team, are all incredible. Not only did they all do a great job, but they clearly explained every step of what they were doing during each appointment. Today, Han explained in detail WHY flossing is important and what exactly happens, instead of just telling me to floss better like other dentists. I really appreciated it.I'm really grateful to have found this place and I would strongly recommend.
