Fitness Experience
Amazing Service, thank you Pat and Dustin. My foot pedal fell off my spin bike, Dustin came to my house and picked up my bike and Pat repaired the problem and delivered my bike within a couple of hours. I am now able to do my virtual ride that same afternoon. I will continue to purchase all my home fitness equipment from Fitness Experience. The service is number one plus the staff are very polite.

Fitness Experience
I was looking for a new excercise bike and treadmill and very happy that I went into Fitness Experience after looking at their reviews online. Pat and Graham both helped me and answered all of my questions over a few visits. True experts! The delivery and set-up was on time and very professional. Pat even called me after work to answer some question that I had. From start to finish, it was a great experience and I have recommended them to others.

Pat and James were excellent! Pat helped find the right fitting spin bike for my son who's 18 and quite tall. He was so knowledgeable and caring. Took the time to show him everything he can do with the bike, as well the reason and purpose to each feature. What a great experience and wonderful people!Back again this month for fitness equipment to add to my sons needed and necessary fitness program. Once again awesome service and knowledge.

After deciding to buy our first home exercise bike, and reviewing suitable choices available both online and at local retailers, we decided to visit Fitness Experience in Nanaimo. Pat, the manager there, was very helpful through the entire process, with good advice and information both before and after our purchase. The manager Pat was really easy to deal with when I bought a machine and it was missing a few bolts. He went out of his way and dropped off the pcs needed on his way home the same day I bought it. That’s service you don’t find in really any business anymore.

I've purchased a bunch of equipment from these guys. I once mentioned some wear on one of my units I'd bought more than 5 years prior. They made me aware of the lifetime warranty, ordered the replacement parts and bam! My unit is as good as new with no new charges and they made the process as easy as could be expected. Combine that with my many positive interactions with their team- this is a good business.

Fitness Experience
I couldn't be more pleased with Pat and his crew. Bought a Rev Master Pro yesterday and transported it home on it's side. A small piece in the handle bar stem came lose and I couldn't get it back in. Within hours Pat sent a brand new bike for me all the way to Courtenay. Above and beyond!!! Awesome bike, fantastic service and great people. Thank you for a great experience in purchasing my first spin bike!!
