Staff is very friendly and helpful. I have several rings and had them checked over and cleaned. Besides I purchased a add on for my necklace. The hole job was returned to me within 4 days. Thanks to all that helped and to Bob to make the experience enjoy and not pressured.

I stopped in to inquire about a custom wedding band as the jeweler I first went to had not gotten back to me with a quote for my ring in over a month even after several times following up. I told them my situation and within 20 minutes they had a personalized quote for me to make my dream ring! They told me the ring would be done in 3 weeks and they finished it in 1. I’m blown away with how quick and easy it was and how STUNNING my ring is. Thank you so much to Bob for a gorgeous ring and the ladies in the store for the amazing customer service. I can’t wait to wear it (who am I kidding, I’ve been wearing it all day since I picked it up even though my wedding isn’t for 2 months) and I will be recommending RJ Jewelers to everyone!! There is something to be said about family owned businesses. Thanks again!

I drove an hour to see a specific designer. When a girl and her fiancé and entire family walked in five minutes after I began looking at rings they crowded the case I was looking at and the employees stopped helping me. I was a bit thrown off, but said that I couldn’t really see any of the rings with so many people over the cases and they just said “sorry” instead of asking the family members to step to the side so both shoppers could be helped. I immediately left and drove an hour back home. I felt sick about how they treated me like an unvalued customer.

Went in for a watch battery, came out with a gorgeous amethyst necklace. Amazing customer service, pleasant staff, beautiful inventory!

Going to buy an engagement ring is nerve racking but Bob made it super easy and comfortable. The whole staff makes you feel so welcomed when you walk into the store. I would highly recommend using their expertise.

My wife and I went to R J Jewelers today to get a new battery for my watch. We were waited on by Amanda H. She was very pleasant and took my watch to replace the battery and then mentioned how almost all the new Citizen watches no longer need batteries. They run off of light. I was very impressed with Amanda and R J's selection of Citizen watches. I ended up with a new battery in my old Citizen and a brand new Citizen watch as well. R J Jewelers will be my Jewelry store from now on. Great service, great products and thank you Amanda H. for great customer service.

From the beginning to the end, my experience was fantastic. There was no pressure at all for me to make a decision, just help along the way as I discovered all of the various options that were available for me. The selection was excellent and the value for what I received was worth the trip. Can't stress enough how great the service was throughout my selection process; highly recommended to anyone for any type of jewelry, from simple chains to diamond rings.
