Workmanship seemed good. Door is sealed well and works fine with the weatherstripping, despite being old and bent. I am only giving three stars because the owner, Jack, is one of the most rude and disrespectful business owners I’ve dealt with. Upon arrival, he accused me of “lying” to him because I said I was in a work meeting when he called (I work from home). He then proceeded to aggressively question me about the cash for the job, and demanded cash upfront. He assumed I wouldn’t pay him the price we agreed upon, and had no qualms stating this fact. He also was very rude to other contractors who arrived to deliver a piece of furniture, despite knowing they were scheduled to arrive. He loudly said “bye bye!” to them as they were taking photos of the delivery, and stood at the properly line smoking and staring them down. He also left behind excess material garbage, and when I asked him to take it with him, he said, “your garbage now.” Just terrible customer service skills. Job price was fair and he got it done in a timely manner.

Needed weather striping around our doors. Dealt directly with the owner of the company, Jack. Super friendly and courteous. Highly suggested for locally owned and operated.
