Fabulous company to deal with, work was very good

They were super fast with my hail damage estimate and even quicker with fixing my vehicle. I had my vehicle back writhing 24 hours. They did amazing work.

Horrible customer service. I’ve been waiting two months to get my car fixed with this shop. I first was told that they were busy so I gave them a month to call me, but never heard from them. I then decided to check in with them and I was told I would be getting my car booked in within a week and to expect a call from them. Two weeks went by and not a word. I called them again and this time the person on the phone told me they didn’t have the assignment from my insurance company. (Even though I have the e mail that was sent to both myself and fix auto with the assignment).I then offered to send that email to them so that they could book me in, and was told that I would be getting a call in a couple hours to finalize all details and get my car booked. Never got that phone call. After two months of waiting for these guys to at least book me in, I now rather find another shop to fix my car.I see that they care very little about their customers so I rather not have another headache later down the road.Use them at your own risk. This was my experience with this particular shop.

Great staff! Dealt with the insurance company and even called the car rental place for me. Work was done quick and the repair turned out great!

It was really nice to find a great auto body shop in central Alberta. They did a great job fixing my wife's car. Friendly staff. I would use them again for sure. Thanks Corey. You have a professional business.

Funny thing, I had sent a well explained email and review to the other site and there was no reply from the location whatsoever. anyways, hope to never have to go any of the auto body shop again.

Very fast and great work! Had my back bumper replaced and it looks great. Staff are all super friendly and welcoming. Definitely will recommend to friends/family.

The service I received at Fix Auto South was absolutely disgraceful. I got 3 quotes to fix my car and all 3 were around the same price. There was a small dent on the hatch and a few scrapes on my back bumper from a shopping cart. I take my car to Fix Auto and 2 days later I get an email indicating that my pick up date has been changed from a few days to three weeks. I immediately call them and ask to speak to the person dealing with my car. The service tech tells me, and I quote, insurance doesn't care whether you make a $1
