Alisa ran a cleanse this spring, I was curious so I joined the group and included my friend who needed to detox and loose weight.Wow, I was very pleased to see how dedicated she is to help us through the process!She thought of and created everything for the group. Alisa had full meal plans, with recipes, and even a complete shopping list, making it a no brainer. She made videos to educate and help people during the cleanse and had daily communication to support us and make sure that everything is ok.Anyone who needs a dedicated nutritionist that would guide them through a cleanse should give Alisa a call.

I was in need of a cleanse to change things up. Alisa’s detox was so helpful for me. I needed to get rid of some digestive discomfort and bloating. The cleanse made a huge difference. I found the plan to be laid out so it is very easy to follow, including recipes and tips to prepare. One of my favourite parts was Alisa’s guidance along the way through video advice. I would definitely recommend this program to improve not only just diet but also wellness.

I did a cleanse created by Alisa and her strong knowledge base of health and wellness was extremely evident. I was also very happy with the results as I had more energy and noticed a huge improvement with my digestion.
