Rachel is an amazing support for mamas and babies! She has a wealth of knowledge and provides such professional care in a way that feels so natural and warm, not to mention she takes the time to address all concerns. She ensures you’re happy with your care each visit. Going to her is like going to a friend for care, yet you also know you’re getting the best care possible. I’ve completed one set of her Growco program and was able to heal and recover my diastatis recti (that she was able to diagnose) thanks to her knowledge and support. It’s relieving to have her expertise and care to prioritize your individual needs, because postpartum women are otherwise overlooked after giving birth other than the generic timeframe for healing that does not properly address your unique needs and concerns. Rachel truly cares, she will assess and support your recovery. She ensures movements are completed properly and safely. You can complete it online or in person, which is super accommodating. I brought my infant to see Dr. Rachel when we were having issues with breastfeeding (poor latch, pain, poor weight gain). She was my last resort after seeing a number of other health care professionals. She quickly diagnosed my daughter with a tongue tie and referred us out to get a revision. If it weren’t for her we would not have continued to breastfeed. I’m so grateful for her knowledge and care. My baby now eats well and is hitting all of her appropriate milestones! Would definitely recommend to other mamas having feeding issues.

Dr. Rachel has been working on myself and my daughter for almost 1 year now. I brought Elizabeth to Dr. Rachel after it being suggested to see if she could help with Elizabeth taking a bottle. Dr. Rachel was the only one to catch Elizabeth’s lip tie, she recommended up to get it revised and made mine and Elizabeth’s food journey so much better. Elizabeth continues to see Dr. Rachel for regular treatment, as do I with my ongoing scoliosis and back pain. We are thankful to have such a great chiropractor in our area.

I cannot recommend Dr. Rachel enough. I started seeing her in my third trimester of pregnancy and she helped me prepare for labor and delivery. I believe she is the reason I had somewhat of an easy induced labor and was comfortable past the 40 week mark! I completed her rehab course and I’ve never felt stronger. I was able to begin long distance running and weight training again without any discomfort. She has treated my 5.5 month old since she was just 2 weeks old and we are both so grateful for her. Highly recommend for all your prenatal, postpartum, and pediactric care!

Turning 30 was a major milestone, until I slowly started falling apart… I had been referred to many different doctors by multiple family and friends but was not getting anywhere. When I turned 33 I had finally had enough and figured I would just have to continue on living with the mild pain and discomfort as I assumed it was just part of getting old. I have known Evan or “Stibbs” since high school and having recently moved to the Riverside area I had noticed his location multiple times and reached out to see if there was a possibility of having a consultation. Needless to say Dr.Evan Stibbard… still call him “Stibbs” changed my outlook on pain management. From the beginning of the appointment I was given full confidence in not only his diagnoses but in his plan to get me back to living pain free. I am a regular patient now and love the fact that it’s a very relaxed vibe in his practice as he continues to grow and find new ways to help every patient he deals with. I’ve had such a positive experience with Dr. Rachel Stibbard. I saw her in my third trimester of pregnancy to help with low back pain. Then I participated in the post natal rehab program. I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to partake in that. Dr. Rachel was always reasonable in her expectations of chiropractic care for my concerns. She is also passionate about her work and that really shows! I loved that she can direct bill to my insurance company. I highly recommend!

Been seeing Rachel for a few months for back pain due to pregnancy. She’s helped me tremendously, always explains what is happening and what I can do to help with the pain while at home.

I just finished the postnatal rehab series with Dr. Rachel and couldn’t be happier with the results. This series has put me on the right track for other work outs and has helped me feel confident in moving forward in those workouts. Dr. Rachel is fun, motivating and extremely detail oriented. She ensures that the movements are being done correctly both for in person and live participants. She interacts with the little ones in the class and is more than happy to help out when baby is fussing during a set. Dr. Rachel is amazing! She is very thorough and explains everything she is doing and why she is doing it. She made me feel heard and comfortable.
