I recently had an amazing experience with my realtor Marla Tomljenovich. I recently moved from Vancouver, BC to another province and wanted to sell my property. The transaction of everything was so smooth and Marla really took a hands on approach to help me since I was not living in BC. Do not pick Danette ball as your realtor. I was her tenant for three and a half years and she stole all of my deposits and she also committed welfare and disability fraud by signing fake rental agreements for my girlfriend and the girl downstairs so they didn't have to declare they were living with their boyfriends. She also makes all of us pay in cash so no doubt she is not declaring all of this income to the government. She is a thief and a liar and acts unethically.

Paul Prade from Coldwell Banker was the agent we selected to sell a townhouse in August of 2018. Paul and his team (John Newbold and Kevin Macrae) did a fabulous job marketing, showing and finally selling our property at a time when the market went cold. It was not easy but they never lost interest and never gave up which resulted in a great sale for us.
