Purchased a big bottle of blueberry breakfast juice last night, opened it and it had a weird egg/oil taste. Brought it in to exchange it tonight, the guy working didn't know how to do an exchange and said his boss Josh had just left so he sent him a msg. He called and my husband spoke to him, he offered to replace the juice with the same flavour which my husband didn't want because it tasted off. Then he said the only other thing he could do was offer 20% off of a new bottle even with us leaving the new $40 bottle there. Think we will be looking for a new vape store

Went there couple days ago to get an exchange on an manufacture problem on one the disposables. They exchanged it with no problem. Was fast and understanding. Love the whole interaction.

I haven’t been to vape cove in awhile but I met Darius and this guy is a hero. Lost my vape and within ten minutes I got a new better vape and assortment of flavours. Customer service and information is always key when choosing a good shop to purchase any product and Darius has both qualities.

Never ever going there.I am client for vapecove roughly 5 yearsFirst time in my life I treated with such a disrespect and rude person over the phone in person.By law he has to provide me the name. Just asked for first name He denied. Saving I will do something.Things to work on for JOSH as a ownerNo customer service\ rude employee and not many options.No sympathy/no empathy/ not a single understanding a out there own products.Honestly I can write more but it's waste of my time.IssueTold him vape's battery is dead its not working. I bought I. such an amazing experience for my first time in this store. Josh and Griffin were so helpful and help me pick out my new favorite flavor of pod, blue raspberry. I have asthma but I loved it and will go back. Even with my asthma it was so worth it.

The staff is very nice but every single time I go into the store and get a new pack of stlth pods.. they leak every time. I returned this pack twice with no problem from the employee and both times I went home and they still leaked, not to say it’s the employees fault but how can every single pack of pods that the store has leaks. I feel like I’m wasting my money as I open the pack and most of the juice is already gone or all inside the packaging. Very disappointing as it’s the closest vape store to my home and the people who work there are super nice.

Staff is excellent. Love the design of the store. I wasn't too happy with the selection of devices and they didn't have too much juice that I would use. That's a personal choice, though. They do have a good selection. I just prefer single flavors like menthol, strawberry, vanilla....you will be very happy if you like multiple flavors mixed together.
