Kidsland Daycare -Macewan

You'd be better off getting a dog walker to watch your kids. My kid was enrolled at Kidsland for almost 3 years. The program leaders and pre-school room staff are unprofessional, sour-faced, terrible at communication, and I'm pretty sure don't like kids. You will never know their names because they never introduce themselves. Your kid will never know their names as they are only called teacher". Any feedback you get about your kid will be negative and sound more like complaining instead of being constructive and solution based. They will be expected to sit for most of the day

My daughter really likes here, she made friends which I was very appreciatied. The staff are nice and patient. The director is very understandable and she always put your family concern first and help you solve problem. Highly recommended it.

My daughter has been going here since she was 1, she loves all her teachers and is always well cared for. They make great, homemade food daily. Bonus that they have drop off and pick up services to the local schools!

Our first son have been attending Kidsland Daycare-MacEwan since July 2015 and our second one started in 2020. We are happy with the service received and the kids like to be there. All the staff members are very professional and welcoming. They give me quick updates on how our boys are doing during pick up.

This day care took really good care of my kids while I was doing nursing school. I was up to date in all the activities my kids did. Every time I go see my kids they are enjoying their time there. All the workers were nice to us and their smile never left their face. Now that we move on from this wonderful day care, I would like to thank all the workers there and I wish you all the best.

Both my children have attended Kidsland Daycare and have loved it. They have made some great friends and love the staff. They come home and show me the crafts they have made and are always excited to go there in the morning. They are always welcomed with smiling faces and a positive environment. Kidsland has been such a big part of our life for the last 5 years and we will definitely miss everyone!

dirty inside and out, staff are rude, they wont let kids talk about themselves, horrid service. they said to a child you aren't allowed to go to the pride parade" what the hell. don't ever go here

It a big disappointing for me. Usually kids refuse the daycare the first week and after they be came happy to go. My child was happy the first weeks,but after all the negative treatment that he get, he start to cry and don't want go inside. Surprise visit to know the problem: I understand that no interesting activity for kids (I discover that they keep child watching video in Teacher iPad, Oh yes!). The principal teacher is mad all the time. I see her forcing kids to seat and stop playing with a lot of aggressiveness. When I took to her she said I have 15 child in class I don't have time for my child...

My my children have been at the centre for 4 years. I have nothing but all positive experience at this facility. My kids loved it there so much that when the centre was closed due to Covid, they couldn’t wait to go back.The staffs are super friendly, they provide healthy meals and snacks.Great place away from home for the kids.
