Purchased the 50” Corinthian Bell Chimes, they arrived in four days shipping from Ontario to Saskatchewan. They are beautiful! This is the second set of Corinthian Bell Chimes we have purchased from them. Customer Service was outstanding. Highly recommend Urban Nature.

Urban Nature Store has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, with wonderful customer service. Their prices are truly unbeatable, and I also appreciate that descriptions and reviews for their products are genuine. They can provide recommendations based on the customer's needs. We purchased some Vortex binoculars and a Vortex scope in the past couple of years, and have been immensely pleased with the purchase experience and products. I have ordered their seed online many times. They come quickly, accurately and without a hitch. I would recommend these folks for in-store or online ordering. And my birds love their seed. My yard had gone from one to 6 breeding pairs of cardinals. ❤️

I would strongly recommend dealing with this store. They shipped my order promptly. And ... when two days after I had completed my order, I discovered they had given me a discount code to apply on purchase, when I emailed them and told them, they immediately sent me a credit to my paypal in the amount of the discount - which they didn't have to do!!!!

They have a variety of different items and I have even ordered stuffed birds and Chipmunks for my grandchildren that they absolutely love.
